Caught a gig here last night. The sound system is incredible, and the layout means you can actually see the stage from pretty much anywhere. Perfect for a night out with mates.

The delivery was spot on, and the food arrived beautifully presented. It felt like a little treat to myself on a random Tuesday night. The pad thai was still piping hot, which was a nice surprise.

Popped in for the Sunday quiz night. The questions were a good mix, not too easy or hard. Kept things moving nicely. For the &pound;5 entry, you get a decent few hours of entertainment. Felt like good value for a cheap night out.

The fish and chips. The batter was crisp, not greasy at all. The chips were proper thick-cut and fluffy inside. The mushy peas had a good minty kick. That&#39;s what I come for.

The minted Welsh lamb casserole was so tender. I really appreciated the freshness of the ingredients, you could taste the quality. Came back for lunch because of it, though the portion was a touch small for the price.

I had a memorable dining experience at Brown&#39;s with a fantastic veggie roast dinner and sticky toffee pudding. The setting was beautiful, and the atmosphere became lively as the evening progressed.

Right by Manchester Victoria station, so handy for a quick drink before the train. The space itself is a bit cramped though.
