A proper old pub, you can feel the history. They had a decent selection of local ales on tap. Went for the house bitter, which paired nicely with the ploughman's lunch. A solid spot for a pint and a bite.

Been coming here for years, and they always make our dog feel right at home. The staff are so good with him.

The mixed kebab was a bit disappointing. The meat was quite bland and the texture was a little off. I was hoping for more flavour.

Nice spot to catch a game, plenty of screens. The beer selection was decent and the regulars were friendly. A solid choice for a casual pint.

Been working from here for a while now. The lighting's soft, easy on the eyes for long sessions. Staff are always helpful, keeps the place clean and quiet. It's a solid spot to get things done.

It’s always got a cosy, laid-back vibe in here. Perfect spot for a relaxed pint, even when it’s busy. Just feels welcoming.

Osian was a standout. He explained the specials clearly, checked in without being overbearing, and had a genuine smile. That kind of attentive, friendly service is so nice to encounter. It really made the evening.

The butter chicken masala was really good, rich and flavourful. The garlic naan was a nice accompaniment, fresh and warm. A solid choice for a casual dinner.

The owner was so lovely on our quiet Sunday lunch. Food was different and delicious, service spot on. A really nice, relaxed meal.

Zubaidi was spot on, exactly what I was craving. Had it for a quick lunch. The place has a cool, old-school vibe too. Food came out fast, which is what I need on a short break.

Great vibe with the jukebox. The house red was a solid match for the whole evening.

The mango and passion fruit cooler was a lovely, refreshing choice. It paired nicely with the light lunch on a warm day.

A reliable local spot. I appreciate that they clearly mark which dishes are gluten-free on the menu. The grilled salmon I had was cooked just right, and the seasonal vegetables tasted genuinely fresh. It’s nice to see a pub offering thoughtful options.

Coffee was solid, good size and strength. The croissant was just okay, nothing special. It’s a perfectly fine spot for a quick caffeine fix. I liked the high ceilings and the big windows, made it feel quite airy and bright inside.

Presentation is really nice here. You can tell they put effort into the plating. The food tasted pretty good, though the portion was a bit on the smaller side for the price.
