The buffet price is fair for the variety. Sushi and noodles were decent, but the sashimi portions could be a bit bigger.

While it was a very hot night, the food made up for that discomfort. I had the lasagna and my husband ordered the gnocchi for our primi with both bring amazing. We then shared a veal dish and spinach which did not disappoint.

Whether you are a vegetarian or not, this restaurant offers truly unique and excellent food. The food is freshly prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The risotto is sublime, and the lasagna is an inspiration -- black cabbage lasagna for example. And the dolce topped off the menu. Highly recommend this gem in Como.

Food and service were fantastic!! Loved the ambience! Tucked away on a side street, they take a lot of pride in serving quality food. Would definitely come back!

Owner walked us through the menu in English, really appreciated that. Service was quick and friendly, made ordering easy.

We ate at the oddly situated St. Anna many years ago when we were visiting at the nearby hospital, now relocated. I remembered it was excellent then, and we decided to give it a try, perhaps expecting that it wouldn't be quite as good over 20 years later. As it turned out, the attention to detail in menu and preparation were even better than I had remembered. Truly a jewel in Como and very well worth seeking out, to say the least. Worthy of a Michelin star in my view, if Michelin ever gets over its tiresome obsession with tweezer food. If there is no parking directly in front of their door, just go down the hill to the free municipal lot, walk up the short hill, ring the bell, and expect an excellent meal with attentive and kind service in a cosy, tasteful environment. .

Nice little wine shop and bistro. The markup on bottles is minimal, so it's a good spot for a decent glass with a meal.

Big portions for the price, which is nice. Food is solid. Service is quick, got my order in and out fast. Perfect for a quick lunch.

The drive up is a bit bumpy, but it’s quick. The view over Como is just incredible. Had the blueberry cheesecake—really good. Staff were nice and quick.

The burgers are big and juicy. Really tasty patties, cooked just right. The house salad is massive, could easily feed two people. Portions are huge for the price.

The games room is a fun addition! We ended up staying longer than planned because of the pool table. It's a nice spot to hang out with friends after a meal.

The owner is a friendly French speaker. We had a good dinner here in Varese. The pasta was cooked just right, and the fish was fresh. It's a solid choice for a meal around €50 per person.

The seafood stringozzi was pretty good, a decent portion with fresh clams. The Fassona beef fillet was fine, cooked as requested. A solid meal overall, though the dining room felt a bit warm.

The pizza was really good, but I was surprised to see Chinese and Japanese options on an Italian menu.

The set lunch menu is the move. Had the pizza with mozzarella and anchovies, the crust was thin and chewy just how I like it. The anchovies were salty and punchy, a good match. Solid lunch for the price.

The Pizza Pontile 2 was so good! The crust is thick and chewy, just how I like it. We shared a calzone too. Perfect for a casual catch-up with friends, the vibe is relaxed and not too loud.

Been coming here for years, and that seafood pasta with red sauce is the reason. It's the one dish I keep coming back for. Always consistent, never disappoints. Just a perfectly balanced tomato sauce with fresh seafood.

The best restaurant on the peninsula by far. Not for the value but for the taste, the service, ambience and people watching. My entree was HARE-so unique so delicious. The venue was full and the service never challenged.

Nice spot by the water. Sat outside for the view. The staff was good, took time to explain the menu in English. The risotto was creamy, tiramisu hit the spot. Solid choice.

The minestrone was the star for me. Really hearty, full of flavor. The Caprese and other starters looked nice and tasted fresh too. Just a solid, comforting bowl of soup.

Booked a table for a group of us and it was such a nice spot to catch up. The vibe is lovely, and the pasta was really good. Parking was easy too, which is a plus when you're meeting friends. We'll probably be back!

Got there right before they opened and snagged a table. It's tiny, so booking ahead is smart. The wait was totally fine—the seafood tasted like it just came off the boat, and the pasta was clearly homemade.

The mushroom ravioli was the star for me. Pasta cooked just right, filling had a nice earthy flavor. The risotto special was good too, but the ravioli... that's what I'll come back for.

Been coming here for years. Their pancakes with fresh fruit are always fresh, never soggy. Scrambled eggs are consistently fluffy. It’s that reliability I keep coming back for. Cappuccino’s solid too.

Family dinner here last weekend. The lakeside location is a plus, easy to park. Food was decent, nothing fancy. Service was efficient, got the check quickly. A bit noisy with the crowd, but expected.

Grabbed a quick lunch by the lake. Pizza was cheap and tasted good. The salads are huge, definitely shareable. Got my food in under 10 minutes, perfect for a short break.

The terrace view of Lake Como is just stunning. We sat there for ages, just watching the boats go by. The pasta was decent, but honestly, you're paying for that view. A bit pricey, but worth it for the scene.

The service here is really nice. They were attentive without being overbearing.
