TheForkUserAfter a busy day of touring châteaus, it was wonderful to unwind at this restaurant which offers beautiful views of the Cher River and an ancient bridge. We enjoyed a lovely repast — melt in your mouth lamb, tarte Tatin and Saumur wine. Service was most attentive and we look forward to a return visit soon!

健康美丽的芳芳La Madelenie de Proust, this western restaurant, is so beautiful. Just tasting the food in such an environment makes you feel very happy physically and mentally. Plus, their soufflé is so delicious.

Sat outside with excellent ambiance Menu is limited but varied and the food which arrived quickly was excellent and perfectly cooked. Not as grand as some but this was our favourite local restaurant on a cycle tour down the Loire.
