The music really picks up later on, gets the place buzzing. Good spot if you're out with mates and fancy a bit of a dance.

The vegan fish and chips were spot on, really fresh. Nice to see a proper vegan option for a change.

Felt like a little slice of Paris here in London. Sophia and Georgia were so attentive, really made the evening. The steak frites were spot on - cooked just right. A lovely spot for a relaxed dinner.

had a lunch here and the steak was superb, House Wine was decent too.The cheesecake was okay, nothing to write home about.Just a shame they stopped the Sticky Toffee Pudding which was my favourite.Overall excellent and will definitely visit again.

Popped in on a Monday for the pizza deal. Got a pepperoni, crust was nice and crisp. Service at the bar was quick. Quiz night was on, so the place was buzzing. Solid spot for a cheap Monday dinner.

Great spot for a quick pint while catching the game. Staff are quick and know their stuff. The vibe is no-fuss, just what you want. Pint was spot on.

The staff and the gentleman who I believe is the owner are so welcoming and attentive… Lovely food and a complimentary drink before we left ….Love the place

Value for money on all the food. Would definitely come back but would stick to the tandoori selections. They smash it. Curry’s was ok. But not life changing etc.

Always enjoy coming here. The staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel so welcome. The chicken jalfrezi and onion bhajee are my go-to dishes. It's just a really comfortable and easy place for a relaxed meal.

Loved the pistachio crème brûlée here! The nutty flavour was really subtle, not too sweet. The place itself has such a cosy, proper French feel to it. Will be back for that dessert alone.

Outstanding food quality. Wait staff was very helpful in selecting the right dish. I wish we had a few more days in London to try some of the other dishes but we'll hit it on the next trip. My wife had the Vegetable Biryani and I had the Meat Thali. Both were winners. Nice job team City Spice!

Small, intimate place with rock music. Owner Igor is clearly passionate and knows his food. Had the grilled octopus - perfectly cooked, tender. Portions are decent for the price. Service was efficient. Good spot for a quick, satisfying meal.

Service was prompt and attentive. Coffee arrived in under ten minutes, still piping hot. The vibe is perfect for a quiet morning with a book or some laptop work. They even had a decent breakfast wine list, which was a pleasant surprise.

Popped in for a late lunch. The lasagna was really rich and hearty, just what I needed on a damp day. The tiramisu was nice and light afterwards. Staff were friendly, no rush.

As a gluten-free diner, I was so impressed by how careful the staff were. They double-checked everything without me even asking. The grilled sea bass was spot on. Felt genuinely looked after.

Been coming here for years, it's our local. The pasta dishes are always spot on, simple and full of flavour. Feels like a proper Italian kitchen, not a fancy place. A bit pricey these days, but you get what you pay for.

The veggie burger is the star here. Juicy patty, toasted brioche, and a sharp cheddar that actually melts properly. The chips are decent, but that burger is why you come.

The team made my friend's birthday so nice with a little free dessert! Really sweet of them.

The rooftop is a lovely spot for a quiet drink. Really liked the decor inside too, especially the ceiling made of wine bottles. It's a nice touch. The place was a bit warm though, could do with some better air flow.

The pizza dough was so fresh and light. Really appreciate the focus on simple, quality ingredients.

Been here a few times with mates. The fish and chips is solid, and the Sunday roast hits the spot. But the smoked meats are the real winner – perfect for sharing over a proper catch-up.

Came for the Sunday roast and it was just what I hoped for. The beef was so tender, and the vegetables tasted really fresh. A lovely, simple meal. The staff were friendly too.

Nice local spot in Kennington. The orange bar and those hanging lights are a fun look, gives the place a good energy. Came in for a quick pint after work and ended up staying for a couple, it's just that kind of relaxed place.

The service at this restaurant is top-notch! Our waiter, Jakub, went above and beyond to make our dinner special, even surprising us with a birthday dessert. The attention to detail truly enhances the dining experience.

My guests first experience of the Boot and Flogger was very complimentary about the excellent food and the attentiveness of staff.

Joanna and Morley were great. Made the place feel really welcoming. They noticed it was a birthday and did a little something for it. Nice touch.

As a local, I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic Italian food. The mussels and clams pasta, cooked with olive oil, parsley, and white wine, was simply delicious and exceeded all expectations.

The fish pie was the standout - flaky pastry, creamy filling, big chunks of fish. Felt a cut above your average pub grub. Fish and chips were solid too.

The chilli crab is messy, but they give you gloves and a little pick which helps. The sauce is really good for dipping the roti canai.

The sweet potato fries were a standout, really crispy and flavourful. The chicken thighs were cooked perfectly too. The whole place has a nice, relaxed vibe with lots of natural light and comfy seating. Just a really pleasant spot to unwind.
