Food was very good. Local dish of pork with turnip tops and potatoes - Raxo con base de gelo y patatas fritas. Grilled monkfish very good. Good selection of wines by the glass at very good prices. Service a little slow although place was quite empty / well worth a visit.

RINLO is a small village. There are countless villages like this on the Atlantic coast in northern Galicia. If it weren't for the church beach, people might not come here. However, those who know the business will definitely visit it, because the lobsters, prawns and crabs produced here are the best in the entire CANTABRIA waters, and the price is fair, the taste is delicious and the quantity is large, which is really a must for gourmets. Although the village is small, it has both pastoral and seaside beauty. There are scattered houses of various colors between the vast lawns. The streets are as narrow as ever. The estuary is actually in the center of the fishing village. The smell of the sea can be smelled all the time. A COFRADIA DE RINLO is in the most central location. Among a bunch of white houses, the sky blue restaurant is particularly eye-catching, and the huge logo of the anchor and lifebuoy can be seen from a distance. It is obvious that it specializes in seafood. Although the village seemed quiet and there seemed to be no one around, once we entered the restaurant, it was a lively scene. The first floor was full, and we waited for a while before we were able to sit on the second floor. People were talking and the popularity was unexpectedly high. When ordering dishes, of course, we went straight to the most famous lobster rice here. Normally, we had to wait for 30 minutes, but the clever waiter said that there was just an extra pot of rice, and we wanted one more portion, but it would be charged according to our number. How could we disagree? We were hungry and we could start eating immediately. It was indeed a pot of rice. I have eaten a lot of paella in Spain, dry, wet, and with various seafood, but it was the first time I saw more lobsters than rice, which was quite shocking. Could it be that the lobsters here are so cheap that they are so generous and generous? The delicious lobster, full to the brim, is the absolute star of the show. The visual impact is too strong, and the red lobster roe appears in large chunks, making the rice a small supporting role that shrinks to the side. Come to think of it, lobster rice is naturally based on lobster, unlike other places where it is directly turned into a rice bowl with gravy.
