Been stopping here for years on my Primitivo walks. That daily menu next to the church, it&#39;s always so generous. Never managed to finish it all in one go.

Booked ahead, glad we did - it was packed. The men&uacute; del d&iacute;a is a steal at around &euro;15. Sardines were fresh and simple. Pork knuckle was huge, crispy skin, chips were just okay. Galician cheesecake was the perfect finish. Solid lunch.

Grabbed pulpo here on the Camino. Tender, with a nice kick. Huge portions, didn&#39;t leave hungry. Solid for a quick lunch.

The pulpo was cooked just right, tender and smoky. The cod in the caldo gallego was flaky and flavorful. Desserts were the standout, though. A really solid meal.

The pork knuckle was spot on, fell right off the bone. Their house red was a surprisingly good match for the rich sauce. Solid choice.

Service was attentive and friendly. The menu explanation in English was clear, and the shuttle to/from Arz&uacute;a was a nice touch.

The clay cup for house wine was a nice touch. Made the quick lunch feel a bit special. Food came fast, which is what I needed. Solid spot for a quick bite.

Got the cheeseburger. The bun was soft, patty juicy, It was just a really good burger. The space is cozy with those warm wood tables, felt relaxed just sitting there.

A nice find on the Camino. What stood out was the freshness of the ingredients in the grilled vegetables and the local fish. You could really taste the quality. It does get busy, so booking ahead is wise.

The octopus here beats the fancy places in Melide. So tender.

Solid Galician spot. The tortilla was spot on, creamy inside. Zorza had great flavor, not too greasy. Homemade fries were a nice touch, crispy and salty. Simple, honest food.

The Galician-style beef stew was the star. Rich, deep flavors, you could taste the time that went into it. Paired it with a Rioja from their list, a great match.

The staff were so kind when I came in alone, a bit lost. They found me a table even though it was packed. Made me feel really looked after.
