The fireplace was going when we walked in—that alone made the evening. Wood, flowers, warm lighting, the whole place just feels right. We let the sommelier pick our wine and it matched the meal better than anything I could've chosen myself. Service knew their stuff without hovering. Only hiccup was the kitchen took a bit between courses, but honestly, we weren't in a rush.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. The wood-fired pizza was solid, came out fast enough. Server handled English fine, no issues there. Good spot if you're in Lucerne and want Italian without the fuss.

Gluten-free pizza crust was surprisingly good—crispy, not sad. Also tried the calzone, solid. It started raining mid-meal and the hostess quickly moved us inside, which I appreciated. Nice outdoor seating when it’s not pouring.

Duck was the standout. Really well cooked, crispy skin. Booked online, no hassle. Price is a bit high though. Fine for what you get, I guess. Just don't expect a cheap dinner. Solid spot if you're after something decent.

Been coming here for a while now. Pizza's always solid and the late hours are a lifesaver. Drinks are a bit steep, but the prices on food keep me coming back.

GourmIndia offers a delightful selection of Indian dishes that are rich and flavorful. The butter chicken and naan are must-tries, and the prices are reasonable for the quality.

The pizza was solid—crispy crust, good toppings, and the price felt fair for the portion. I grabbed a glass of their house red to go with it, which worked fine, nothing fancy. Service though, a bit scattered. Mixed up our order and the guy didn’t seem too bothered about fixing it. Food saved the night, but don’t expect a warm welcome.

Tried the chef’s tasting menu last night. The presentation was pretty, each plate looked like something you’d see in a magazine. Service kept a good rhythm, never felt rushed or forgotten. Sitting right on the water helped too. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger for the price. Still, a solid pick if you’re in the area.

The beef tartare really stood out—clean, sharp, well-seasoned. Service had that warm, easy vibe that makes you want to linger a bit longer. Nothing fancy, just genuinely attentive. I’d come back for that dish alone. Maybe slightly busy for a Tuesday, but it didn’t take away from the meal.

We came for a birthday and the staff brought a small drink on the house. That was a nice touch. The food was solid, but honestly the portions felt a bit small for what you pay. I left full enough, but I kept thinking about the bill. The flavor was there, just wish the plate matched the price.

Stopped by for a quick bite — the pizza was solid, nothing fancy. Takeaway option is handy, same quality as eating in. Service was friendly enough.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and grabbed a sandwich plus a slice of quiche. Both were solid, fresh salad on the side looked nice. Cake counter caught my eye, lots of options. Staff was friendly enough, didn't rush me. Place felt relaxed, good for a casual bite if you're in the area.

Stumbled on this family-run place and honestly the gluten-free care caught me off guard. I mentioned it once and they used a separate oven, no fuss. Didn't even have to repeat myself. Food was solid, nothing mind-blowing, but that attention felt rare. Would go back just for that.

The palak chicken was creamy but not too heavy, and the tandoori roti had those nice charred spots I love. Portions were honestly generous for the price. Service was quick too. Cozy little spot to duck into after walking around all day. Would come back just for that curry.

The rooftop view of Lucerne was lovely, and the coffee came quick. A calm spot to sit and watch the mountains.

The Dover sole for two was the highlight — chef brought it out and deboned it tableside. Two preparations, both solid. Wine list did the job too.

Decent spot for a relaxed meal. The wood-and-modern interior felt warm, and the food was pretty good. Staff were friendly too.

Nice spot by the water, Federica took good care of us. Prices felt fair for Switzerland. Food was solid, nothing crazy but enjoyable.

Lunch stop before the Glacier Express. Staff handled our big group pretty well, no chaos. Food was solid, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Quick enough that we made the train without stressing. 👍

The braised beef cheek was the standout. Fork-tender, deep flavor, sauce that actually tasted like it had been reduced for hours. Got the prix fixe, worth every franc. Didn't need the fancy extras or the champagne toast to enjoy it. Just the food alone would bring me back.

The margherita here is what I keep thinking about. Simple, good char on the bottom, decent amount of sauce. Had a Peroni with it, that worked fine. Place is right in the center, easy to find. Crust could’ve been slightly saltier but honestly not a big deal. I’d order that pizza again.

Pizza was mostly solid, decent crust and good amount of cheese. One had bacon that was chewy and gristly though. Mentioned it to the server and got a pretty dismissive shrug. Other staff seemed fine, quick with refills. Place was busy but not chaotic. Probably fine if you stick to the simpler toppings.

We came for dinner with the kids and honestly the food was the highlight. I had the grilled fish and it was so fresh, flaky, just right. The vegetables on the side were cooked well too, not soggy. The view was nice but the ingredients really stood out to me. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Maybe a bit pricey but for the quality, I'd say it's fair.

The mint tea with plum schnapps caught me off guard—such a clever combo. Panini was solid too, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Easy walk from the station, which helps after a couple drinks.

The set lunch was solid — each dish had some thought behind it. Staff were friendly too. Only thing is the room got a bit warm by the end, but nothing major.
