The burgers from Bwyta Burgers were hot and fresh, clearly not pre-made. The onion rings were a great side.

Stopped in on the drive back to London. The steak pie was piping hot, proper comfort food. Staff were really friendly, which was a nice touch after a long trip. Good value for the portion size.

Loved the Queen Victoria theme here! The decor is so charming, really gives the place its own character. Spotted so many little details in the wallpaper and old portraits. Staff were lovely too.

As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the chickpea side they prepared. The chickpeas were fresh and nicely seasoned.

Been coming here for years, their coffee is always spot on. I usually grab a spiced latte and sometimes the strawberry banana peanut butter milkshake if I'm feeling it. Cakes are good too. It's just a reliable local spot.

The Sunday carvery was a lovely surprise before our walk. The roast was spot on, and that sticky toffee pudding... just the right amount of warmth and sweetness. A cosy, quiet corner made it feel like a proper little treat.

The rooms are really nice and comfortable. I loved the little touches, like the fresh milk they provide. The shower was great and the bed was super comfy. A really nice stay.

Stumbled upon this spot in Minehead. Their baguettes are so tasty, and honestly the cheapest I've found around.

Lovely spot for coffee and cake after a lakeside walk. The atmosphere is very cozy. I appreciated that the cake wasn't overly sweet, and you could really taste the fresh berries. A nice, simple treat.

A decent spot for lunch. The salads were pretty fresh and the prices seemed fine. It's just a short walk to the beach, which is nice. The menu had a good variety, though the place got a bit busy.

Lovely staff, and they're really careful with allergies. Food took a bit but you can tell it's fresh. Perfect for a relaxed catch-up with friends.

The turkey, brie, and cranberry toastie. The bread was perfectly crisp, holding a generous layer of melted brie. The cranberry cut through the richness just right. That's what I came for.

Decent portions, fresh ingredients. The lobster and hake are reliably good. Solid choice for a straightforward business lunch.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. Got the grilled chicken sandwich, came out fast. Bread was fresh, chicken was decent. Good portion for the price. Place is clean and quiet, easy to relax for a bit. Solid choice if you're in a hurry.

A nice, quiet spot for lunch. The vegan sausage ciabatta was pretty good, the ciabatta itself was fresh and the flavours worked well. Service was fine. It's a decent place for a relaxed bite.

The chopped sausages for nervous dogs are a nice touch. My rescue was a bit jumpy, but he settled right down with those. It’s a simple thing, but it shows they get it. The place is genuinely dog-friendly, not just saying it is.

Came by for a late lunch. The cheeseburger was really good - juicy patty, nice melty cheese. Prices are fair.

Lovely little spot for breakfast. The pastries are top-notch, and they had a nice selection of local roasts to go with them.

The bread rolls are so light and soft. Picked some up for a picnic and they were spot on. A glass of crisp white wine would have been a great pairing, but I forgot to pack one. Still, very tasty with some ham and mustard.

The brownie tray bake was huge, easily enough for four. Delivery got here in under 30 minutes. For the price, it's a solid choice when you need a chocolate fix.

Tomas was super helpful and friendly. We ended up chatting for a bit about different coffee beans and his machine. It was a nice, relaxed way to start the morning.
