I had only one goal and one goal in mind&mdash; to try their famous cheesecake. I mean, it&rsquo;s in their name for crying out loud. It was my singular purpose&mdash; nothing more, nothing less. They had tons of options in their menu&mdash; a wide variety of cuisines, spanning from American, Italian, and Mexican, to Asian-inspired dishes. Yet I paid none of them any mind. I only went there for one, singular, cheesecake. I am proud to say that I was not disappointed with my choice&mdash; the one and only, &ldquo;Salted Caramel Cheesecake&rdquo;. 1️⃣ The Layers: I was offered one big slice with a chocolate brownie base. The center consists of creamy cheesecake&mdash; swirled with caramel. It was topped with a layer of caramel mousse or salted caramel (I couldn&rsquo;t tell which one).2️⃣ The Garnish: The one slice was finished with caramel drizzle, chocolate pieces, or chopped nuts (either peanuts or pecans).3️⃣ The Side: My slice was served with a large, signature dollop (or &ldquo;peak&rdquo;) of freshly made whipped cream on the side of the plate.4️⃣ The Size: A standard slice is pre-cut from a 10-inch cake and is known for being extremely rich and &ldquo;over-the-top&rdquo; sweet, often containing over 1,300 calories, as is the case with mine.I felt my dormant diabetes arising from deep within my bones, down to my very soul. All jokes aside, it was delicious, but only for a once-in-a-while intake, as the sugar content and calories is truly for a &ldquo;cheat day&rdquo;, not an &ldquo;everyday consumption&rdquo;. Eating at Cheesecake Factory is a good way to destress and treat yourself every so often.
