We both ordered the Weekender Steak (rump and topper) and the steak to be very tender and juicy. The topper prawns and sauce were lovely. Great experience. We will be returning!!!

Booked for a family dinner. Chef was really good with the kids, made it fun for them.

Family-run spot. Cozy and authentic. Perfect for a relaxed dinner with friends. Felt like a proper local place, not some chain.

Steak was chargrilled and delicious. The two women who served us were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. It was nice to have a great night out when all our power was out due to storm damage.

Loved the presentation of the Pad See Eaw lunch special. The plates and setting were really nice.

Great to find a good Indian restaurant! Delicious home style Indian food and the most generous servings. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

The takeaway coffee is top-notch. I’ve been grabbing my morning cup here for a week now. It’s a bit pricier than my usual spot, but the quality is consistently good. The barista is always friendly, which is a nice start to the day.

Friendly staff and the space has a cool, cosy vibe. Happy hour prices are decent. Tried a couple of their vegan small plates - the crispy cauliflower was a real highlight. Cocktails were solid too.

Lindy is always around making sure everything's just right. It's a proper family-run spot.

I was impressed by the quality of the food at this award-winning Chinese restaurant. The Teriyaki Ox Tongue and Soft Shell Crabs were standout dishes, and the generous portions of lamb cutlets were a delightful surprise.

Restaurant in The Star Grand at The Star Gold Coast

Avocado feta smash with salmon was the highlight. Good flavours, nicely presented. A solid spot for a casual bite.

Tried this Chinese spot after a few misses elsewhere on the Gold Coast. The drive was a bit far, but the quality finally felt right. The crispy beef was spot-on.

The new phone order system is a lifesaver at lunch. Food’s still top-notch even when it’s packed. 👍

Great for groups, BBQ and hot pot buffet with lots of options. Staff were really friendly, which made it a relaxed meal.

Found this place when I was looking for gluten-free and veggie spots. Their chips are honestly top-notch, probably the best I've had in ages. The vibe here is really chill and welcoming.

Lunch special is a steal. Scallop potatoes, curry, dhal, tofu balls - all spot on. That ginger mint lemon drink hit the spot.

Been coming here for years, and Doug & Trish's place is just consistently good. It's that kind of reliable, family-run spot where you know exactly what you're getting. The food's always solid, no surprises. That's what keeps me coming back.

Came back for the crispy pata. The pork skin was perfectly crisp, and the meat underneath was so tender. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The portion is generous, so it's perfect for sharing. A solid choice when you're craving something hearty.

The Mince Eggs Benny is the only thing I order here. The mince is rich and savoury, the eggs are runny, and the toast stays crisp under it all. That's the whole point.
