Everyone had a great time eating. The raw meat noodles are really delicious. The soup is very rich. In addition to pork pieces, there are also pig offal. So everyone who dares to eat thinks it is quite delicious. The drinks are also colorful. Very delicious!

I didn't know what raw meat noodles were before I came here, I thought it was pork offal noodles. The mushroom chicken feet tasted very light, the chicken feet were stewed very well, and they melted in the mouth. The pork offal soup base was sweet and very delicious.

This noodle shop is on the busiest street. The noodle shop is not very big, with small round tables and small wooden benches, which feels very down-to-earth. I ordered fried rice noodles, which tasted good and not greasy at all.

Jinshayuan Raw Meat Noodles' dry noodles, pork offal soup, milk tea, meatball noodles, and stuffed tofu! The price is cheap and very delicious! One bowl of soup noodles, one bowl of dry noodles, one cup of milk tea, and one bowl of stuffed tofu! The tofu is smooth and elastic, the milk tea is OK, the dry noodles are better than the soup noodles, and the soup base is fresh

Located at Jalan Pantai, Jinshayuan Raw Meat Noodles is just behind Gaya Street. It is also a famous coffee shop, famous for its raw meat noodles in Sabah. If you don't know, "raw meat noodles" sounds quite scary, but it is definitely not "raw", and it is actually similar to the pork noodles commonly eaten in West Malaysia. Raw meat noodles are served with pork slices and pork offal, and you can choose clear soup or dry soup. The soup is sweet and has no foreign flavor, and the meat is soft and smooth. In addition to raw meat noodles, there are also braised pork rice or noodles here, and snacks are also provided. Among the snacks, Jinshayuan's secret braised pork is my favorite.

For my first meal in Kota Kinabalu, I chose Jinshayuan Raw Meat Noodle Shop on Gaya Street in the center of Kota Kinabalu. Since I was new to Kota Kinabalu, I chose the dry noodles, mushroom chicken feet, pork assortment, stuffed tofu, rose lemonade and lychee grass jelly recommended by the boss lady. The dishes were served very quickly in the shop, and they were delivered as soon as the order was placed. Mushroom chicken feet is said to be the signature dish here. It melts in the mouth, and the bones can also absorb the soup, which makes people have endless aftertaste; the sauce of the dry noodles is absorbed into the noodles, which is particularly tasty. A mouthful of dry noodles is paired with a mouthful of sweet pork assortment soup, which makes people unable to stop eating; the rose grass jelly with mint flavor is very refreshing. Jinshayuan Raw Meat Noodle Shop made my journey in Kota Kinabalu more enriched.

Jinshayuan was closed when I passed by in the afternoon. It finally opened the next morning! It used to close after selling out every day, so I ordered some raw meat noodles! The soup was refreshing and fresh, and it was not fishy or greasy at all, just fresh.
