The ambience is beautiful and the variety of foods, fun and exciting! My son is a big geography buff so he also loves the presentation according to geographical location. The waiter always finds a way to bring a smile to our faces and our evening is spent in easy banter over a wonderful meal. The most considerate wait staff, extremely talented chefs, and hospitable owners makes the restaurant our number one in Italy by far. We always love how they take local ingredients from the alpago region and make one of a kind dishes and seasonally appropriate, while pushing the boundaries of taste and texture of food in a good way. For as long as we live in Italy we will always come back, if you have not been you are missing out. Never pretentious but extremely dedicated to their craft!
