The salmon carpaccio with burrata was pretty good, and the scallop ravioli in lobster cream sauce was decent too. Carbonara came close to what I've had in Italy. Place was busy for a Tuesday, so it got a bit loud. Fine for a casual dinner in Haarlem, though.

The high tea here is really good value. I'm vegetarian and the vegan feta was a nice surprise. The place has a cute vibe, easy to relax in. Only thing, it got a bit busy later on, but the service stayed friendly. I'd come back for sure.

Came here for a quick coffee and ended up staying way longer than planned. Perfect people-watching spot, honestly. My daughter got a hot chocolate and she was super happy with it. Service was fast too, which I didn't expect for a busy afternoon. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The smash burger was solid and the loaded nachos hit the spot. Friendly staff too. Just don't go crazy ordering everything on the menu, the bill adds up fast. I had a decent glass of red with the burger, worked well enough. Good spot for a casual dinner without much fuss.

Beautiful 17th-century building right on the market square, that alone is worth it. Food simple but tasty. Young staff handled the rush pretty well, didn't expect that.

This restaurant offers a fantastic high tea experience with delicious options, and they are very accommodating for dietary restrictions. Highly recommended!

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the mixed grill plate, meat was juicy and had that proper charred taste. Portion size was decent for the price. Place was busy but I got my food fast, which is all I really care about. Staff didn't hover, just let me eat. Solid spot if you're in the area and hungry.

The kaneel bol was still warm when they brought it out — that cinnamon hit was spot on. Coffee's solid too. Staff actually remembered our order from last time, which never happens.

Great coffee and the tosti hit the spot. Cute little village spot with easy free parking nearby. Perfect for a chill catch-up with friends ☕

The apple pie at this place on Kalverstraat is solid. Warm, cinnamon-heavy, not too sweet. Red velvet cake was decent too. Sausage rolls actually surprised me, better than most I've had back home. Didn't care much about the cozy vibe or anything else, just ate and left.

Tried the spare ribs and a beef dish. The beef was amazingly soft, that really stood out for me. Ribs were decent but a bit dry. Portions are fine, just don't expect unlimited ribs. They had a small kids play corner too, which is a nice touch if you've got little ones.

The salmon sashimi salad hit the spot, and those potato crepes were a solid surprise. Prices felt fair for airport food, which is rare. I had a glass of white wine with it, worked nicely with the fish. Place was busy but we got our food quick enough. Not a bad stop if you're passing through and need something fresh.

Nice spot right on the Gedempte Oude Gracht. Grabbed a quick lunch there, sandwich was solid and came out fast. Nothing fancy but does the job.

Stopped by for a quick bite around noon. Had the croquette sandwich and one with tuna salad. Both were decent, bread was fresh. Service was friendly enough, didn't have to wait long. Place gets busy though, so you might struggle to find a seat. Fine if you're in the area and want something simple.

The staff really looked after us — and the cats too. They even made a gluten-free cake from scratch for my allergy. That was thoughtful.

The hot meat sandwich really hit the spot—properly filled and the bread was still warm. Latte was decent too. Prices are slightly steep for a bakery, but you get what you pay for.

Tried the mushroom danish here — flaky, warm, and just the right amount of savory. Place gets busy on weekends but the calm vibe makes up for it.

Been coming here for a while now. The Shak Attack still hits the spot every time, coffee's consistently good too. Staff remember you, which is nice.

The tea selection was solid and the sweets paired nicely with a good cuppa. Owner helped us tweak things for a bridal shower. Gift shop out front is a nice touch too.

The banana pannenkoek was really good. Menu has a ton of sweet and savory stuff, took me a while to pick. Solid spot for brunch if you're heading to the museums after. Place was pretty busy but the pancake came out quick.

The pancakes were a hit with the kids — we actually came back two mornings in a row for them. Staff were super warm and welcoming.

Came here for dinner and the Acili Tavuk was really good—spicy, juicy, and the portion was generous. My friend got the Kiremitte Karisik and that looked solid too. Sitting by the water made it feel a bit special. Service was a little slow but I'd still go back.

Stopped by for fondue and honestly the lava cake stole the show. Warm, gooey center, just the right amount of sweet. Staff let me swap out a couple ingredients without making it a thing. Place has that old-school cozy vibe. Maybe slightly pricey but I’d go back just for dessert.

The tiramisu was the standout—light, creamy, easily one of the best I've had in ages. Paired it with a glass of red, worked nicely.

The Egg BLT on sourdough was solid, and the matcha with almond milk hit the spot. Interior's warm and stylish, but honestly, prices feel a bit much for what you get.

Came with eight people, they handled it fine. Mango chicken burger was crispy, bit of a kick to it. Biscoff latte was decent, not too sweet.

Poached eggs were done right, runny yolk and all. Sourdough toast had a good crunch. Place is tiny, so you'll probably wait a bit for a table. Food's solid enough that I didn't mind. Just don't come here if you're in a hurry.

The burger was juicy and the fries were crispy. Prices felt fair for the neighborhood. Fresh ingredients, which I always appreciate.
