Solid fries. Thick cut, crispy outside, fluffy inside. Saté sauce was the highlight, really good. Place was busy but worth it. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town.

We went for dinner on a weekday, place was pretty quiet. Had the set menu for two, food was solid and honestly priced for what you get. It's tucked away from the main streets so no traffic noise. Staff left us alone mostly, which I liked. Not mind-blowing, but a decent spot if you're in the area.

The lunch tasting platter was solid—lots of homemade hot and cold dishes, way more than I expected. I told them I don’t eat cheese and they actually adjusted things without making it awkward. That never happens. Just wish the bread was a bit warmer, but honestly I’d go back for that platter again.

The oysters and lobster were really good, but the tuna steak fell a bit flat. Gorgeous spot for a catch-up though, just maybe not the best value for what you get. 🦞

Delicious food and nice ambience. We went on a less busy day, there were less staff, food was served quick and the service was great. We took our dog along with us and he was comfortable. No parking on the street, but parking was available in the next street, which is couple of minutes away.

The tosti with goat cheese was really good, fresh ingredients and nicely toasted. Frappuccino was a nice treat too. Prices felt fair for what you get.

Stopped by for a quick bite and coffee. Bagel was fresh, coffee did the job. Place was quiet enough to just sit and chill for a bit. Not bad for a casual stop. Service was fast too, which I appreciate.

Tucked away on a quiet street, easy to walk past. Staff noticed I skipped the meat and offered to swap it out without me asking. Portions are proper, not those tiny fancy plates. Food was decent, nothing mind-blowing but solid. Would pop back if I'm in the area again.

The gluten-free crepe was solid. Had the Nutella one and it hit the spot, honestly the best I've tried. Savory ones are big enough to share. Good spot if you're around.

Stopped by for a pint after walking around Haarlem. Guinness was poured properly, nice and creamy. Staff didn't hover, just left me alone which I appreciate. It's right in the centre so easy to find. Prices are typical for the area, nothing crazy. Fine if you just want a quiet drink without the tourist fuss.

The upstairs party room is actually a solid find. Spacious enough for a group, plus there's a little kitchen if you want to bring your own snacks. Hosts made it all pretty easy to organize. Good spot if you're planning something casual with friends.

Stumbled onto this little place for a quiet afternoon. The coffee was solid and the cake really hit the spot. Outdoor seating is a bit wobbly, so watch out, but it didn't bother me much. Just a nice spot to sit and do nothing for a while. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The staff was really nice about adapting a main dish to vegan for me. Didn't feel like a hassle at all, just a quick "no problem". Portion was decent for the price, I left full. Can't ask for much more than that.

Decent spot for a quick dinner. Portions are big and the price is right. Service was fast too, no complaints.

The cakes here are pretty good — moist, not too sweet. The guys behind the counter were friendly enough. Solid spot if you're nearby and want something with coffee. Just don't expect a fancy setup. Fine for a quick stop.

Great location right on the beach, view over the water is lovely. Chicken was really tender and the portion size surprised me. Service friendly enough. Nice spot to just sit with a drink.

The Chicken BLT sandwich was the highlight. Generous portion, decent bread, bacon actually crispy. Staff fine, whatever. Just get the sandwich.

The cinnamon scone was tiny for what they charged. Tasted fine, just not much of it. Staff were nice though, so I didn't mind waiting a bit. Place was busy for a weekday morning. Probably better for coffee than a full bite.

The seafood soup still hits hard, even with new owners. Quality hasn't dropped one bit. Service was a bit slow, but honestly didn't care once I tasted that broth.

The brie melt was solid—cheesy, buttery, exactly what I wanted. Pancakes and matcha were good too. Didn't care much about the decor, but the food did the talking.

Came here for a quick bite after walking around the harbor. The kibbeling was properly crispy, not greasy at all. Fish soup was the real highlight though, rich and hearty. Prices are fair for the portion. Place gets busy around lunchtime, so grab a seat when you can.

Stumbled in here by accident. Food was solid, service quick enough for a lunch break. Nothing fancy but it hit the spot. 👍

That baguette tradition is legit — proper chewy crumb and that sourdough tang. My French mate actually nodded in approval, which says enough. Hard to find this quality in NL.

Stopped by for the lunch special. Courgette soup with sourdough and carpaccio was solid, well balanced. Place has a homely vibe, nothing fancy. Service was quick enough given it was busy. Reasonable for what you pay. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

The fish soup was light and fresh, really well balanced. Staff were friendly too. Nice spot right by the beach, easy to relax there.

Don't get fooled by the fancy place and the pictures on the internet.Despite a nice presentation, the food is quite tasteless and of rather poor quality. The price is high considered the small quantities (e.g 6€ for a chicken burger you can eat in 2 bites, 3€ for a small portion of frozen french fries). So great looks but big lack of taste and generosity !

Great service lovely food nice location. We would go back for sure. We had the Tuna and steak sandwiches and the kids shared the burger. Good quality fresh products. I think their chef is great.

Walked in not knowing what to pick and the bartender just brought me something hoppy and cold. Menu’s huge, like a book almost. I only tried one beer but it was solid. Place feels chill, not too loud for a Thursday. Would go back to work through more of that list.

The eggs benedict on avocado was really good, and my chai latte hit the spot. Sitting right under the tower with the chimes made it feel special, even though it was a bit busy. Service was friendly enough, and I didn't have to wait long for my order. A nice spot to just sit and take a break.

The veggie dishes were really tasty, just wish it wasn't so packed when we went. Book a table first! 😅
