Good variety beyond porridge. Desserts like cassata are solid, and they serve drinks at night. Quick bite option.

The sashimi platter was the highlight. The tuna was so tender and flavorful, you could really taste the quality of the seasonal fish they're using. That's what I come here for.

Counter seat is nice for watching the chefs. Sashimi and grilled clams were fresh, and the bill stayed under 8000 yen.

RIGOLETTO TAPAS LOUNGE offers a fantastic selection of wines at reasonable prices, making it a great choice for wine lovers. The ambiance is lively and perfect for celebrations.

The skewers were cooked just right. I went for the salt-grilled ones mostly—the pork belly and chicken wings were spot on. The sauced ones were a bit heavy for me, but still fine. A solid choice for a quick bite.

Right by Sendai Station's west exit, B1 floor. Easy to miss. The portions are huge for the price, no extra charge for bigger sizes. Had the grilled beef tongue set, very generous. Good for a hungry traveler.

Huge portions, the green onion rice is massive. Good for a quick lunch, they even throw in a boiled egg.

The beef tongue was incredibly tender, and the wild vegetable tempura had a nice variety. I enjoyed a glass of sake with the sashimi, which was a good match. Just a heads up, if you're seated at a regular table, there's no call button, so you have to get up to flag down a server.

Ordered the ramen and it was at my table so fast. Staff were really nice, made me feel like a regular even though it was my first time.

The ramen and fried rice set is a solid deal. The broth was rich, but the fried rice could use a bit more seasoning.

The owner is so cheerful, always says hello with a big smile. My sirloin steak was cooked just how I like it, simple and good. A nice, straightforward meal.

The service at Matsuishi is exceptional, with the chef and his wife providing warm hospitality that makes you feel right at home. It's a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.

The lighting is just right here, not too bright or dim. I like how they've used polished glassware to catch the light, it adds a nice touch. Makes for a really comfortable spot to just grab a casual bite.

The service was truly wonderful, with the waiters offering attentive and thoughtful assistance throughout the meal.
