The cocktails at this bar are incredibly inventive, showcasing local ingredients and unique flavors. Watching the bartenders prepare the drinks is a fun experience in itself!

I was pleasantly surprised by the seafood offerings here. The grilled beef tongue skewers were a highlight, and the generous portions made it a great value for a hotel restaurant.

The watercress hot pot is a great off-season choice. Their house red was a surprisingly good pairing with the savory broth.

Got the Savarin with dried orange to go. It’s a unique one. Good selection of cakes and pastries for a quick bite. Fast service, grabbed it and was out in minutes. Perfect for a short lunch break.

The staff were really friendly and helped us pick out dishes. They cooked the meat just right, which was nice. The whole service felt relaxed and not rushed at all.
