Tortillas were the appetizer (the two of us had a good appetite...), 3 servings per plate, you can choose different ones, we ordered vegetarian, shredded beef and Mexican shredded pork, the pork was marinated and then grilled, sweet, so delicious! Next time I will go to the three shredded pork restaurants.
Puplo a la Diabla is tender! Sprinkled with some sea salt, and paired with sweet potato mash, the mixture of sweet and salty tastes, as a meow who grew up eating sweet and salty vegetables, it really suits my appetite.
Tamal, is it the Mexican version of zongzi? Shredded chicken is wrapped in corn flour, and then wrapped in banana leaves and grilled. The sauce is spicy enough, and eating them together will not make the corn flour look too monotonous.
