Tried the tasting menu. Portions were just right, didn&#39;t feel stuffed. The wine pairings went really well with each course. Solid way to try a bit of everything they do.

Been here a few times for a quick bite. The food comes out fast, which is handy when you&#39;re in a rush. Staff are friendly. It&#39;s a solid spot for a no-fuss meal.

Perfect for a long, lazy lunch. The banquet spread had so much variety, we were all completely stuffed by the end. Just a lovely, lingering way to spend an afternoon.

Grabbed breakfast with a friend at Cafe Froot. The staff were so nice - they split our breakfast wrap onto two plates without us even asking. Made sharing super easy. Coffee was great too. My friend&#39;s berry smoothie looked so good, I almost regretted my order! 😅

The open plate is huge, definitely enough for two. The fries are the star, crispy and salty. Love the relaxed vibe in here, it&#39;s a nice spot to just hang out.

好久没去了，风景是真的不错，周日很忙，需要预约，由于疫情，里面的布局也有些变化呢。如果太阳不大，坐在外面也是不错的。菜单也更新过了，一份菜差不多20刀左右。

Dining at ITL is a treat, especially for breakfast. The homemade pasta and thin-crust pizzas are standout dishes, and the views from the restaurant add to the overall charm of the experience.

Clean and spacious, perfect for a family meal. The fresh ingredients really stood out in the salads.

That plain croissant is a total winner. Just the right amount of salt, not too sweet. The texture is spot on &ndash; fluffy inside with a really nice crisp to the outside. Found my new favourite spot in Norwood.

Had the b&aacute;nh bột lọc here, which was pretty good. It&#39;s one of the few spots in Adelaide that serves it. Reminded me of the version I had in Vietnam. The place was a bit warm inside, but the food itself was decent.

We quite often visit the restaurant for take-away orders and the food has always been exceptional. Because of this, we invited some friends to dine-in with us on the weekend and the staff and service were also fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some great Indian cuisine.

The food was excellent for our group of six, caters well for vegans and meaters.  Highly recommend this Indian restaurant, best in its class.  Will be making this our regular Indian go to.

3rd visit and didn&rsquo;t disappoint. Service could not be friendlier or more efficient. Went for 4 small plates this time and all were generous and tasty. Prices reasonable and menu varied with a lot of choices for all. Will be back soon.

Love that they have allergy-friendly menu notes! The themed cupcakes are so cute, perfect for a family outing.

Such friendly and apt to assist staff. Appreciate the young man with moustache and shoulder length hair, who kept checking on me and my family. Making sure we were comfortable and the food was good. The place was warm and welcoming. Close to the heart of the City. The food was excellent and I could go back again and again.
