A solid brunch spot for sure. Popped in on a weekday and it was nice and relaxed. The smashed avocado on sourdough was spot on &ndash; just the right amount of chilli kick. Coffee was good too.

The owners are genuinely lovely people, really attentive. They recommended a fantastic local red to go with my steak, which was spot on. The whole evening just felt relaxed because of them. A proper neighbourhood spot.

The breakfast box is a good deal for the price. You get a sandwich, fruit, and a drink, which is handy. The owner was nice, but the sandwiches are a bit small for what you pay.

The bar staff are lovely, and the cocktails are pretty good. Service was fine, especially when it was quieter early on. A decent spot for a drink.

Been coming here for years, and the chicken portions are always generous. Never get those tiny bits you find elsewhere. The garlic bread on the house is a nice little extra. Keeps me coming back.

The fudge chocolate cake was a lovely way to finish. Rich and dense, but not overly sweet. It&#39;s the kind of dessert you can tell they make properly in-house. Just a shame the portion was a bit small for the price.

Nice local pub. Good range of drinks, and the place is clean and warm. Handy central location too. It was a bit quiet for a Friday evening, but otherwise a decent spot.

I have dined at this restaurant on a number of occasions and have always found it good.Granddaughter , Celeriac Stk ; Boy Friend Sun Fig Both super ; Wife &amp; I both roast beef, excellent but my wife found it too much.  Suggestion -  include &ldquo;smaller portions in your menu.

Good coffee and a solid breakfast sandwich at a fair price. Staff were efficient and friendly. It&#39;s clearly a community hub, which is nice to see. A reliable spot for a quick, no-fuss meal.
