The ice cream brioche was the highlight. The bun was warm and buttery, the ice cream cold and creamy. The contrast in textures worked really well. A simple idea, but they got the execution right.

Food was impeccably cooked and presented.  The entire experience was fantastic.  We also choose the Tour of Sicily wine experience which did not disappoint.  Usually a restaurant has some &quot;misses&quot; in the course of a meal- Fusion did not.  Twice the meal as Belmond&#39;s Timeo and a better value.  Location superb and the waitstaff was very attentive.

Really lovely night here.  We had sea bream, seafood linguine and lamb knuckle and all were really good.  The atmosphere here was great and it was reasonable for Taormina prices.

The brioche and cannoli are top-notch, and the prices are fair. Their house wine was a pleasant surprise with the pastries.

The lemon and Gelsi granita were great. But the real star was the brioche &ndash; so soft and fresh. Perfect for just sitting outside and enjoying the morning.

The on-site coffee roasting is a real draw. You can smell it as you walk in. Had a flat white, smooth and rich. Also grabbed a gluten-free brownie for the road. Nice to see local chocolates in the case too.

A great restaurant on a corner in town. The seating was lovely and the food was delicious. Our drinks and starters came fast and mains were right on time. We would definitely recommend.

The Sicilian Antipasto was a lovely start. I really enjoyed the linguine with prawns, zucchini, and pine nuts. The meal was quite nice, though the chairs were a bit firm for a longer dinner.

The grilled mackerel was so fresh and the vegetables were perfectly crisp. A really nice, healthy choice.

The burger patty was cooked just right, juicy and flavorful. The fries were a nice surprise, they actually tasted like real potatoes. The service was friendly and the whole meal felt very relaxed.

This is such a nice place. You should devenitly visit this place. The owner is so kind and will explain everything. We had such a nice time. We did even went twice during our stay in Sicily. The food is so tasty!

The swordfish was fishy and too thinly sliced. The thinnest I&rsquo;ve ever seen. The meat was tough and tasteless. The past was overcooked with a tasteless salt less artichoke sauce.

This was our second visit this week for lunch, food and service were excellent both times. The staff couldn&#39;t be more helpful and welcoming . The views are fantastic too.

The outdoor seating area is a nice touch, providing a private and quiet atmosphere to enjoy a meal. Just be aware of the passing cars, which can bring some exhaust fumes.

I found the place through The Fork. It offered a 50% discount- very attractive.  The meat was delicious. I didn&#39;t try the pasta. The place is very casual with little attention to cutlery (I expected steak knives) nor style, so it is fine for family and casual dinners.  It is definitely not romantic

The staff was so patient with us, even though we don&#39;t speak Italian. Really appreciated not feeling rushed.

The house red was a perfect match for the pasta, and the view of the amphitheater from the terrace is lovely.

Been coming here for years, and the consistency keeps me coming back. Ordered the same pasta dish both nights last week, and it was just as good as I remembered. Staff&rsquo;s always friendly, makes it feel like a local spot.

The staff was super nice. They even brought us a free plate of sashimi and a couple of liqueurs after we finished eating. Really made the night.
