The whitefish is the reason I keep coming back. Had it grilled last time, skin was crispy and the meat flaked perfectly. The chowder version is even better, really rich and creamy. That's the one to get.

The live music was a nice surprise on a Tuesday night. It really added to the vibe. The cover charge was reasonable for the quality of the musicians they had playing.

Been coming here for years. The chili is always exactly the same—thick, hearty, just the right kick. That kind of consistency is why I keep coming back. It’s the one thing I know I can count on.

Jen is the best! She remembered my name from last time and even asked about my trip. Always checking in without being overbearing. The vibe is just so warm because of her.

The caramel latte was just sweet enough, not overpowering. The lounge area is comfy, and they sell some cute mugs and stuff. It's a nice, quiet spot to hang out for a while without feeling rushed.

Been coming here for years, their breakfast sandwich is always solid. Latte's good too. Staff's friendly, they remember my usual order.

Loved the outdoor picnic tables with vineyard views. Such a relaxed spot for lunch. The staff were really friendly, which made it even nicer.

Service was friendly and efficient. They got our order right, checked in without hovering, and the food came out quick. Just a solid, no-fuss experience.

Perfect lunch spot. Grabbed a quick slice of their brick-oven pizza. Crust had that good leopard spotting and chew. Also tried the Italian sausage dip with crostini. Fast service, in and out in 30 mins. Exactly what I needed.

Service is inconsistent here. On a quiet Tuesday, our server was attentive and prompt. But during Friday dinner rush, getting a drink refill took over 15 minutes. They were clearly stretched thin.

Always love the vibe here, feels like a real neighborhood spot. The staff is super friendly. Food arrives hot, tastes solid. Coffee refills are on point, which is key for me. A nice glass of red would pair well with their heartier dishes.

Been coming here for years, that gyro never disappoints. The meat is always well-seasoned and juicy, piled onto a fresh, soft pita. It's my go-to for a solid, no-fuss lunch downtown.

Emma was great with our big group of 10. Food's solid, lots of local stuff. Cider list is long. She even remembered it was my birthday, which was a nice touch.

The Leelanau omelette was really good, and the 9-grain bread is outstanding. It was busy, so service was a bit slow, but the staff was nice.

The burgers were decent, just needed a bit more seasoning. Fries and onion rings were pretty good. Service was friendly and attentive, which was nice since the kitchen was a bit slow.

While the food quality varied, the overall experience at Highlands was enjoyable. The cocktails were delightful, and the atmosphere is perfect for a romantic dinner or a special celebration.

The injera here is so light and spongy, like a crepe. It’s the best part, honestly. Just tear a piece and scoop up all those flavorful stews. Such a fun, hands-on way to share a meal.

Karaoke nights are a blast here. The staff is on point, and their cocktail list has some fun surprises that pair well with the energy.

Fun Irish spot with live music. The hostess was super nice about a reservation mix-up and even gave us a round on the house.

Rayne was a solid server. Knew the menu, kept our drinks filled without hovering. Food came out hot and tasted good. Just a straightforward, reliable dinner.

A nice local spot with a relaxed vibe. I stopped in for lunch and got the Tuscan bean salad as a side. It was fresh and had a good mix of textures. The seating area is small but comfortable, and the staff was friendly without being overbearing. A good place for a quiet, easy meal.

The rotating menu keeps it fresh. Food's better than your average pub grub.

Service was really good. Our waitress gave solid menu tips, and the team kept our water glasses full and cleared plates quickly.

Love the old building and the view from here. It's got that charming, historic feel. Perfect spot for a date or catching up with friends.

Been coming here for years. The stuffed cabbage is still the best in town, just like my grandma used to make. The kielbasa in the combo is solid, too. Keeps me coming back.

The gluten-free bread had a nice texture, and the tiramisu was actually really good. You can tell they put thought into it. Not something you see every day.

The clam chowder was the star for me. So rich and creamy, packed with flavor. Everything else came out super hot, which was nice. That chowder though, really hit the spot.
