TheForkUserI chose this restaurant as it was one of the top rated restaurants in catania on the fork app. it's rating is very appropriate. my booking was early on in the evening so we were the only party but it got busier around 9pm. the staff were very accommodating and were really polite. the food was beyond expectations. The staff was friendly but a bit overwhelmed, the waiting times are very long, whether I wanted to order or pay. The location is nice and clean, there is also a terrace. TheForkUserThis was hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I have eaten at many Michelin star restaurants and Adduma Taormina deserves at least 1 star. Marika and Stefano were superb with their service knowledge of the food and the recommendations for wine. There was so much great food but the highlight was the waygu beef and the 2 starters beef tartare with potato millefeuille and lovely sauces and accompaniments. The sashimi filetto with pesto and Parmesan chip was equally amazing! The wine was exquisite and the desserts were heavenly. This is a restaurant not to be missed.Museo Della Pasta

All 3 of us selected the varied degustazione menu, and we were well rewarded. Caponata with fish and sea-arancina stand out among the trio of antipasti. Seafood Pasta was divine, lavishly mixing a generous proportion of pasta with perfectly seasoned and cooked fish, capers, tomatoes. Manna. Excellent second dishes.
