Really appreciate the thought put into the menu here. The manager has coeliac disease, so the gluten-free and dairy-free options feel genuinely safe and well-considered. It&rsquo;s a relief not to have to interrogate the staff about every ingredient.

The steak pie was the star. Lovely chunks of meat, a generous amount of rich gravy, and the veg still had a nice bite to them. Portion size is definitely not an issue here.

We went in on chance a day or two earlier and  enjoyed our meals. My friend was taking her son for a meal for his birthday and so we went back. He had a medium rare stake which he said was perfect. The only thing for me as allergic to the veg peppers was  my only choice was mac and cheese, but it was lovely  so took home the half I couldn&#39;t eat. I would recommend this place.the
