Coming out of the Grand Mosque of Mohammed II, walking slowly along the North Atlantic coast, about a few hundred meters past the lighthouse, you will see the white gate of La Cascade. Walk in and walk down a few steps to this open-air restaurant built on the rocks on the shore. Perhaps because it is newly opened, or perhaps because it is very film-produced, it is difficult to get a seat despite the high price. You must make a reservation one day in advance. The restaurant is a semi-open terrace restaurant with a panoramic view of the sea. Under the glass ceiling, transparent PVC curtains are used to block the sea breeze and isolate the high temperature. The store is full of tall, neatly dressed handsome waiters in suits and vests. Their appearance is very good! Seafood, steak, pasta, pizza, salad, baked rice, rich variety, good appearance and taste; especially the wine and special blends, which are dazzling!
