湾巷8号To congratulate my grandson on his successful performance, we went to a Japanese restaurant for lunch: Teppanyaki.
Sitting around the table where Teppanyaki was made, the chef was a young man wearing a tall chef's hat. He first performed spatula tricks; he used a wine jug to throw sake to the diners, which was called aperitif; then he cut a kind of melon into small pieces and threw it into the diners' mouths with a spatula, and laughed when it was in; he made the food with skilled knife skills and exaggerated movements; when the food was basically ready, he lit a blazing fire on the table and the food to create an atmosphere. The food was good, but my grandson was more attracted by the interesting performance.
Teppanyaki is a dining form of Japanese cuisine, which uses iron plates instead of pots to cook food. The chef cooks it in front of the diners. In addition to satisfying the taste, it is a special experience to appreciate the chef's cooking and performance. This restaurant is opened by Chinese people and is called Sushi Hana Japanese Restaurant. It is convenient to communicate and the meal fee is moderate.
