Been coming here for years on road trips. The coq au vin is always exactly how I remember it. That consistency is why I keep pulling over. Portion&#39;s a bit smaller now, but the taste hasn&#39;t changed a bit.

What a charming little find! We were on our way to the Baden airport from Paris and wanted that last little taste of France before going back home. We found this restaurant and although its rating wasn&rsquo;t super high, it was the most convenient place to stop. I don&rsquo;t understand why it has less than 9/10. Everyone was so helpful and the food was so delightful, I think this place deserves at least a 9/10 if not more. We had the most quintessential, light, fluffy quiche and a classic young boat as our main meal, we finished off with a lovely cr&egrave;me br&ucirc;l&eacute;e and tarte aux pommes. Simply sweet! Would go back even if it is a bit off the beaten track.

The meat was so tender, it just melted. That alone made the evening. The service was kind, though the pace felt a bit slow at times. Still, a lovely mood.

Lovely terrace for a summer lunch. The salad I ordered was fresh, with crisp greens and ripe tomatoes. It felt like a healthy, light choice. A bit more protein would have been nice, but the ingredients were clearly quality.

Bright space, staff was patient with my French. The Pate Lorraine though... that&#39;s the star. Flaky crust, rich filling, just right. Could have been a bit warmer. Still, I&#39;d come back for that alone.
