The grilled veggies had a nice crisp and were full of flavor. You can tell they put care into the prep.

Came here with friends for a casual dinner. The vibe downstairs is really lively and fun, perfect for catching up. The drinks menu is decently priced with lots of options. We just grabbed some local dishes to share. Good for a group hangout!

Stopped by for lunch. The grilled veggie tacos were a nice surprise. Really flavorful, actually filling for a veggie option. Didn't expect that.

The food here was the best we had in Japan. Each dish came with a translated description, which was really helpful. Just a great meal all around.

The sushi was prepared with precision. Took my time with each piece, the flavors lasted. A solid meal for a business dinner near the office.

Always a nice spot when I'm visiting. Feels cozy and lived-in, like a place the neighborhood actually goes to.

The curry pan is a standout here. Not greasy and packed with flavor, which is pretty good.

The pancakes were cooked to order, so fluffy. The portion was generous for the price. I was full for hours after.

The French toast was so fluffy, and the fresh fruit on top was a nice touch. I really enjoyed sharing it as a dessert. The service was friendly and made the whole experience very comfortable.

The miso soup here is really good. Rich flavor, not too salty. The fish on the nigiri is fresh, cuts are decent for the price. It’s a reliable spot when you just want some straightforward sushi.

Popped in before my train at Hakata Station. The tonkotsu ramen broth was rich and creamy, just how I like it. A bit on the salty side for me, but the noodles had a nice chew. Perfect for a quick, warm meal on a chilly day.

I had a delightful experience with the pasta lunch set for 1300 yen, which included a salad and dessert. The portion was filling and the staff were very attentive.

The classic katsu set is still the best. The space feels really cozy and comfortable, which I liked.

Been coming here for years, and the sushi masters are still the main draw. They're always behind the counter, making your order right in front of you. The basil sauce they sometimes use is a nice little twist. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back.

Owner runs the place solo but still gets the food out quick. Friendly even when I fumble with the menu in English. No fuss, just good service.

Cozy little spot right by the river. I grabbed a seat at the counter and just watched the boats go by. The ramen was solid, but honestly, the view was the main event for me. A nice, quiet escape in Nakasu.

The kamameshi is a real treat. I had the sukiyaki version with the soft-boiled egg. The rice had a nice firm texture and soaked up the broth just right. It was a very satisfying, comforting bowl.

The chef adjusts the rice temperature for each piece, which really makes a difference. The subtle citrus notes were a nice touch.

The beef curry was pretty good, served sizzling hot. The mentaiko yaki special was also nice, but they ran out early.

The burdock tempura udon is a classic. The tempura stays crispy, the broth is clear and refreshing, and the noodles have a firm, satisfying texture. A very enjoyable bowl.

The private room was nice for our group. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, which I really appreciate.

The limited-time beef offal champon was really good. The soup was rich and savory, and the noodles had a nice texture. The gyoza was a nice side. I also appreciated the comfortable booth seating—it made the whole meal very relaxing.

The shiitake udon's broth has a really fragrant bonito flavor. The burdock tempura was a nice addition.

Solid coffee here. The Gâteau au Chocolat looked really nice and tasted great too. Just stopped by for a quick coffee and cake, and it hit the spot. A good little place for that.

They had different soy sauces for each dish. Thoughtful touch. Service was responsive, didn't have to wait long for anything. Good for a quick business lunch near the station.

The restaurant offers a great variety of dishes, and the seafood bowl with sesame sauce was especially tasty. The luxurious atmosphere made for a relaxing dining experience.

Staff were friendly and explained the menu and the building's history, which was nice. I did have to wait a bit for my main course, but the food was solid when it arrived.
