新概念Excellent 4 course dinner that makes you realize that cooking is an art. Each dish was explained in detail which added to the pleasure of the meal. The price was ok! We sat outside and had our meal and then went inside for dinner. You can hike if you want or take a cab or taxi. It was cheaper to take a taxi (8 euros). When we finished our dinner we left.

TheForkUserOur first time to Trieste and we wanted to have a nice dinner as a couple with the ambience of the sea view….. we made reservations for 7 30. Little did we know it was a stormy night but it surely wasn’t stormy at Pier of the Roof! We were 29 minutes early and they were kind enough to sit us early. We had a table with a beautiful view of the sea. It was such a calming effect like the beauty of the decor inside. The staff was so attentive to our every question and especially the manager Alice and her amazing man and woman combo of servers. Our apologies for not remembering there names. Our dinner was the most freshest seafood we have ever tasted! We felt we were family at Alice’s home with her family instead of patrons at a restaurant! We highly recommend this restaurant not only for the freshest and tasty food but also for the View, Ambience, Price and the amazing staff! We will be back rain or shine!
