Stopped by for lunch last week. Got the veggie breakfast club sandwich - bread was fresh, fillings tasted good. But honestly the cakes are the main reason I keep coming back. Place gets busy around noon, took a bit to get our order. Fine for a casual bite though.

The hot seafood noodles were really good, and I liked that the place has that old-school family-run feel. Seats were comfortable too, which always matters to me. Solid spot for a casual lunch.

Stopped by for dinner and grabbed the chorizo starter with that homemade chimichurri—really good, tangy and fresh. The spare ribs lived up to the hype, meat just fell off the bone. Place has that warm, rustic feel to it. Service was friendly enough. Only thing, it got a bit busy later on, but that's fine.

The fries really live up to the hype—crispy and the basil sauce is so good. Fun spot to hang with friends, service was quick too.

Food was fresh and came out quickly. I liked that the veggies weren't overcooked. Service was fine too, nothing to complain about.

The brie sandwich was decent for the price—bread tasted fresh, not like it sat around all morning. Flat white was smooth too. Only thing is the place is tiny, so don't expect to sit long. Grabbed mine to go and ate outside. Fine if you're in the area and want something quick without spending a fortune.

Been coming here for a while now, and the ceviche still hits the same as the first time. Fresh, tangy, just right. Portion's decent for what you pay, which is rare in Amsterdam. Place is tiny though, so you gotta book or you'll be standing outside. Chicha morada's a nice touch too.

The carrot cake really hit the spot—moist, not too sweet, and it went well with my coffee. Place gets busy with tourists though, so grab a seat while you can.

Solid brunch spot. Pancakes were decent, granola was good too. Cinnamon bun warmed up was the standout. Menu has enough variety between sweet and savory. Service was efficient, no complaints there. Place was busy but we got seated quick. Fine for a casual weekend breakfast, nothing fancy but does the job.

Chef's favorite gyro was solid, big portion too. Got in and out quick during lunch rush. Good spot for Greek street food.

Tucked away in Bijlmer, not the easiest to find but parking being free helps. Portion sizes were decent for what you pay, didn't leave hungry.

Came back a second time during our stay and they actually remembered us. That never happens. Food was just as good as the first night. Staff let us take our time, no rushing. Only thing is it gets a bit loud when it fills up. But honestly didn't mind it.

Been coming here for a while now, and the seafood trio is still my go-to. Bitterballen were good too, came out fast. Portions are decent for the price. Not the fanciest spot, but it's consistent, and that's honestly what keeps me coming back.

Lovely spot by the water, the outdoor seating really makes it. Had a decent veggie dish, nothing mind-blowing but fine. Staff seemed a bit distracted though. Good for a drink and the view.

Stopped by for lunch and the ribs with fries hit the spot. Staff were super friendly even when it got crowded. Place filled up fast but they still checked on us. Food came out hot and fresh. Solid spot if you're in the area and want something easy.

Burger was solid and the Beyond Meat option didn't break the bank. Portion size felt right for what you pay. Service was quick enough. 👍

The lamb chops were properly grilled, smoky and juicy inside. Tzatziki had that sharp garlic kick, not too thick. Portion was decent for the price. Maybe the pita could've been warmer, but the meat carried the whole meal. I'd order the same thing again.

The tosti with goat cheese was really good, fresh ingredients and nicely toasted. Frappuccino was a nice treat too. Prices felt fair for what you get.

Stopped by for a quick bite before a show. Room looks great, staff were friendly. Got the seasonal menu — solid quality, nothing fancy but well done. Food came out fast enough for me to enjoy without rushing. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Great spot for a quick coffee before a show. Service was friendly and the seats were comfy enough.

Stopped by for a quick bite and coffee. Bagel was fresh, coffee did the job. Place was quiet enough to just sit and chill for a bit. Not bad for a casual stop. Service was fast too, which I appreciate.

Tucked away on a quiet street, easy to walk past. Staff noticed I skipped the meat and offered to swap it out without me asking. Portions are proper, not those tiny fancy plates. Food was decent, nothing mind-blowing but solid. Would pop back if I'm in the area again.

The terrace is solid — even with wind and rain it felt protected. Staff knew the menu and wine list well. Food was good, service quick enough for a lunch break.

The gluten-free crepe was solid. Had the Nutella one and it hit the spot, honestly the best I've tried. Savory ones are big enough to share. Good spot if you're around.

Stopped by for a pint after walking around Haarlem. Guinness was poured properly, nice and creamy. Staff didn't hover, just left me alone which I appreciate. It's right in the centre so easy to find. Prices are typical for the area, nothing crazy. Fine if you just want a quiet drink without the tourist fuss.

Came here on a busy evening and still got really friendly service. Harm especially made sure we were good, even threw in some free fries while we waited. Didn’t expect that. Food was solid, nothing crazy, but the staff made it feel easy. Wouldn’t mind going back if I’m in the area again.

The staff was really nice about adapting a main dish to vegan for me. Didn't feel like a hassle at all, just a quick "no problem". Portion was decent for the price, I left full. Can't ask for much more than that.

Loved the grilled asparagus here — properly charred, still had that snap. We sat in this old monument house, which gave the whole dinner a bit of extra character. Service was friendly without hovering. It’s on the pricier side, but I didn’t mind for what we got. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

Stopped by for lunch near the old harbor—place is small but cozy. Had the wild goose with bulgur, pretty solid. The heated pillows were a nice touch, honestly didn’t expect that. Menu seems to change with what’s local, which I like. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable for lounging around.

This restaurant is a small and private dining so they only accept Max 10 guests dine in. The owner are chef and he cooked fresh for all 5 dinner menu and inclusief wine. He also pretty acceptable with my lactose and allergance as called the customer before they are arrived. Really love this kind of small restaurant where owner explained what he cooked and his wife also served the table and communicate well with guests. You need having time enough to dine in at this restaurant as for 5 diner menu takes 4 hours overal not like other restaurant where you can be quick eat and go.
