The sushi was really fresh, and the rolls had some creative twists I haven't seen elsewhere in Amsterdam. Glad I gave it a shot.

The whole roasted chicken was juicy, exactly what I needed after a long day. Fries were proper Dutch style, crispy and salty. Even the coleslaw surprised me, fresh and not drowning in mayo. We had a nice bottle of white wine with it, paired better than I expected. Service kept it simple and friendly. Place gets busy, but worth it.

Nice terrace right on the canal, perfect for people-watching. Beer list was solid and staff friendly enough. Got a bit busy later but that's on me for staying so long.

Tried this spot by the canal with some friends—staff were friendly and the menu had a few interesting picks beyond standard bar bites. Beer list is solid too. Nice place for a relaxed evening.

The cocktails are consistently good here, and the bartender remembered my usual order from last time. That kind of attention keeps me coming back.

Great food, good location - good service!

The meatballs with mustard and pickles were really good, and the price was fair. Service was friendly too.

Been coming here for years now. The vibe stays consistent, even when it’s packed on a Saturday night. Sure, you’ll be standing with your beer, but that’s part of the charm. The music’s all over the place—one minute old school, next minute something random—but it just fits. Always leave feeling like I’ve had a proper night out.

The truffle chicken sandwich was solid—rich, messy, exactly what I wanted. Paired it with a glass of their house red, which cut through the cream nicely. Mini pancakes on the side were a sweet little bonus. Place stays quiet even when the center gets packed. Good for a slow lunch if you're not in a rush.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced, especially considering the generous portions. A great value for a night out!

The red wine sangria is definitely the thing to get here. Tapas were solid across the board, nothing fancy but all done right. Staff took the time to walk us through the menu without rushing us. Place was a bit busy but that didn't bother me much. Would come back for that sangria alone.

Stopped by for a coffee and just stayed longer than planned. The place has that typical Amsterdam feel, really cozy. Staff was friendly even though they were technically not open yet. That kind of relaxed service makes it easy to sit back and not worry about anything. Just a nice spot to unwind for a bit.

Stopped by for a quick bite and ended up staying longer than planned. The music was spot on, classic punk and rock, not too loud. Two cats just wandering around, gave it a proper homey vibe. Staff were on it, friendly without hovering. Solid spot if you're in the area and want something low-key.

Great canal-side spot with a decent beer list. Bartender helped me pick a local IPA that paired well with the bitterballen.

The terrace is perfect when the sun is out. Fries with croquettes hit the spot again, staff always friendly. Solid spot for a quick bite, nothing fancy but it works.

The rum list here is seriously good—lots of options from different regions. I tried one aged pour and it was smooth, no need for much mixing. The tiki cocktails are well balanced too, not too sweet. Place has a relaxed vibe, bartender was friendly but not hovering. Only thing is it gets a bit loud later in the evening, but that’s kind of expected.

The staff were super friendly and made the whole thing easy. Drinks were solid too. Just a chill spot to hang out for a bit.

The beer garden is really lovely, lots of space and very dog-friendly. We grabbed some snacks, nothing fancy but decent. Service was quick even though it was packed. I liked that there were plenty of healthy options too, not just the usual fried stuff. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but the atmosphere makes up for it.

The jazz band with Nitin was really good 🎷 definitely made the night. Seats and lighting are a bit tired but honestly fine for a casual drink with friends.

Came here on a busy Saturday night and it was packed, but that’s kind of the vibe. Beer list is solid, lots of local stuff I hadn’t tried before. Music was good, not too loud to talk over. Just wish there was a bit more room to move around, but I’d still stop by again.

Loved the medieval-meets-rock decor, felt like chilling in a castle with a metal playlist. Prices were fair for the area too. Staff left us alone until we needed them, which I appreciated.

Stopped by for a beer, bartender actually remembered I like mine less sweet. That never happens. Place has a decent vibe, mix of tourists and regulars. Warm inside, good for a quick drink. Nothing fancy but it works.

The owner actually took time to chat and pointed us to a solid dinner spot nearby. That personal touch made the whole visit feel different.

Been coming here for a while now, and the chili oil trout is still the reason I keep going back. Burrata dip’s solid too. Place is tiny, so Saturday night gets pretty packed, but we grabbed a seat inside without too much hassle. Consistent, that’s what I like about it.

Bartenders are mostly solid—Natalia and Beau really know their stuff. Had one guy who seemed like he didn't want to be there, kinda killed the vibe. Still, decent spot for a drink.

The W Lounge offers an amazing atmosphere with stunning views, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion. The cocktails are creative and delicious, showcasing high-quality ingredients.

Solid spot for natural wine. The orange wines stood out and staff let us sample before picking. Gets crowded though, expect a wait for a table.

Food and wine were solid, but the place is tiny—definitely book ahead. Only two staff so service dragged a bit, though they were friendly. Chocolate dream dessert was the highlight.

Stopped by for a drink after work — the classic cocktails are solid. Old fashioned was made properly, not too sweet. Place has that elegant vibe but still feels relaxed. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but the atmosphere makes up for it. Would come back if I'm in the area again.
