The persimmon leaf sushi was a real find. The acidity was spot on, and the leaf's fragrance didn't overpower the fish. Honestly preferred it to some of the more famous spots I've visited. 🍣

First time trying their veggie platter. The grilled eggplant was surprisingly smoky and tender, really hit the spot. Staff was nice and the place had a relaxed vibe.

Came here with a couple friends. The roast beef was so good we ended up ordering extra rice to go with it! A solid spot for a casual group dinner.

I was stuck between two dishes, so the server suggested half portions of each. Really appreciated that option. Let me try more without over-ordering.

The staff is so friendly and efficient, even when it's packed. Food arrived quickly, which is great when you're hungry!

The charcoal-grilled pork here has this amazing smoky aroma. It goes so well with the chewy flat noodles!

The hosts were so kind, they even gave us a little list of their favorite spots in Kyoto. That personal touch really made the evening.

Chocolate cake was really nice, and the cold brew hit the spot. Good little spot for a sweet treat.

The dog mascot is a nice touch, makes the place feel relaxed. I've been a few times, it's just a comfortable spot to grab a bite. The vibe is good, not trying too hard.
