Mushroom champon was the star. Rich umami broth, super creamy. Sara udon was fine too. That soup though.

I was curious about their Turkish Rice. The tonkatsu was crispy, and the spaghetti sauce had a nice tang. The curry pilaf was a bit mild for my taste, but the ingredients tasted fresh. A filling meal, though I wish there were more vegetable options on the side.

I’ve been curious about Nagasaki castella for ages. The texture here is so light, not too sweet. You can tell the ingredients are simple and fresh. A lovely, gentle treat.
