The local trout was cooked just right — flaky and tasty. Busy summer weekend but service stayed on point.

The cheeseburger hit the spot and arrived fast—maybe 10 minutes. They even swung by to check on us. Fries were crispy, though I wished the wine list had more reds to pair with it.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Pizza was solid, crust had a good chew. Prices are fair for what you get. Place itself is a bit dated, furniture feels worn, but honestly you're here for the food. Wouldn't mind if they spruced it up a little, but it didn't ruin the meal.

Came here for a quick dinner and honestly the pizza was bigger than I expected for the price. Got the margherita and it had that nice chewy crust, sauce was tangy. Service was fast too, no complaints. Place is pretty casual, nothing fancy, but it works.

Cozy spot, service was quick which I appreciated. Got the veggie option and it was solid—nothing fancy but cooked right. Menu's got decent variety too. Place was a bit warm inside but whatever. Fine for a casual bite.

We sat there for two and a half hours without even realising. The lighting is so soft, the chairs comfortable enough that you just sink into the conversation. No one hovering, no pressure to order dessert and leave. Just that quiet hum of other people talking. I kept checking my watch thinking maybe an hour had passed. It hadn't. That never happens to me.

The grilled sea bass and a bottle of local white were spot on. Lucky find, ended up staying longer than planned.

Great spot for a Saturday night with friends, but book ahead—it gets packed. We went for the meat dishes and they didn’t disappoint. Service was friendly too. A bit pricey, but worth it for the vibe. 😊

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Pig's trotter croquette was solid, meatballs in tomato sauce hit the spot too. Place has that rustic, homemade feel, nothing fancy. Service was fast enough for a lunch break. Bit crowded but that's fine. Good spot if you want something decent without wasting time.

The owner actually knows his stuff—took a minute to walk me through the flavor profiles before I ordered. The hazelnut cookie was the one that got me, though the fior di latte came close. Prices felt right for what you get. I'd have loved a proper espresso to go with them, but that's on me for not asking.

The cheesecake blueberry crumble was a solid pick—smooth ice cream, crunchy crumble, just the right amount of blueberry sweetness. New spot on Kortestraat feels a bit more spacious, and they’ve got slushies now too. Didn’t try one, but maybe next time.

Stopped by for a light bite and a drink. Menu’s simple, nothing fancy, but the ingredients tasted fresh. Prices felt fair for what you get. They have board games too, which is a nice touch if you’re hanging out with friends. I’d go back if I’m in the area again.

The old-school booths and paintings are so charming, really feels like a different era. Grabbed a seat on the terrace for some people-watching, loved it.

Loved the spice level here — asked for it a bit milder and they got it just right. Sat outside, which was nice. The fresh herbs on top really made the dish feel lighter. Portion was decent for the price. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Tried the veggie stir fry and pesto pasta on separate visits—both solid and reasonably priced. Just ask for extra onions.

Pizza was solid and didn’t break the bank—pretty rare for this area. Got a margherita and it hit the spot. Wine’s a bit overpriced though, so maybe skip that. Good spot if you just want a quick bite and don’t feel like overthinking it.

The espresso here is genuinely good — proper Italian style, not the watery stuff you often get. I sat near the window and the light was nice, made the whole place feel warmer. Tiramisu was solid too, though the seating got a bit cramped after a while. Still, a decent spot in Leuven if you just want a quiet coffee.

Stopped by for dinner — wok chef was genuinely friendly, made the whole thing easy. Place has a decent vibe, not too loud. Fine for a casual meal if you're in the area.

Food's solid here. Had the pasta and a glass of house wine — wine was surprisingly smooth. Place is a bit tucked away from the main square, but it's only a short walk. Service was quick, got my food in no time. Good spot for a fast lunch if you're in the area.

Lovely little tea room on a quiet square. Waffles were fresh and the coffee hit the spot. Staff friendly without hovering. Nice place to sit and take a break.
