Beautiful restaurant and outstanding service. The menu is unique which is hard to find in Umbria. We’ve been twice and both times all dishes were just a little too salty. Everything would be perfection if a little less salt was used. Otherwise fantastic!

The food is really great. Amatriciana, porchetta, bistecca and pinsa. The service is welcoming. High quality home made dishes.

What a wonderful experience-we came across this restaurant in Spoleto after traveling from the US-we were exhausted and just wanted some good food and wine.WOW! Our waitress was delightful-we ordered and you could tell that she had better recommendations so she told us about the fresh pasta that her mother had made that day-we ordered that instead and it was sooo delicious! The chef had given us a red wine by the glass and when we ordered another glass the waitress recommended a different wine-another Wow! It was really really good! We are staying in Spello for 4 weeks and are planning to return to 3.0 Bistro again! It is a tiny little restaurant so make reservations!

The dessert counter is a real eye-catcher. Tried the homemade baba with cream, it's a solid choice for a quick sweet treat.

The pasta was cooked just right, and the seafood tasted super fresh. Service was attentive without being overbearing. A solid meal.

Family-run spot, feels like a friend's kitchen. Staff remembered my name from last visit, asked if I wanted the usual wine. That kind of attention is nice. Food's solid, but the real draw is how comfortable it all feels.

The appetizers were really tasty, and the dining room has a nice, relaxed vibe. I'll probably stick to the starters next time.

Nice lunch in a historic spot. The chestnut tagliatelle with porcini was pretty good. Semifreddo was a fine finish.

Stopped by for lunch while visiting the lake. The pasta was solid, exactly what you'd expect from a classic spot. A bit on the pricier side for what it was, but the view from the table made up for it.

Loved the cozy, old-fashioned vibe here, especially the fireplace. The food tasted just like a homemade family meal. The wine list was decent, though I wish they had a few more options by the glass to pair with the rustic dishes.

The tagliatelle with porcini was really good. Nice to see a menu with plenty of fish options too.

Stumbled in last week. Place was packed with regulars, always a good sign. Had the grilled octopus, really fresh and tender. A bit pricey but you can taste the quality. Will be back.

The truffle ravioli is a standout dish. The dining room has a cozy, rustic feel that I really liked.

Cibo buonissimi good service locale spettacolare we had lovely dinner there high recommend to go there beautiful place outstanding view

I had a wonderful time at this charming restaurant. The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommend the Angus steak!

Been coming for years, and the staff always remembers my usual gelato order. Friendly service, even for just a quick coffee stop.

Great rum selection for enthusiasts like me. The owner knows his stuff and is super friendly, really made the tasting enjoyable. Free WiFi and table service for aperitifs are nice bonuses.

Been coming here for years, and the tiramisu is still the best. The booths are so comfortable, makes it easy to relax.

A very pleasant spot to sit for a while. The staff were so friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience feel effortless. The open layout and the breeze were just perfect for a relaxed afternoon. I'll definitely be back for that feeling.

The truffle carbonara was a standout dish – delicate, creamy, and perfectly executed. A real highlight of the menu.

Such a cozy, family-run spot. The staff are genuinely warm and make you feel right at home. Tried their local specialty pasta - the flavors were spot on, just like a nonna would make. A really pleasant, uncomplicated dinner.

Really friendly , felt like a family meal and excellent food . Only minor irritation was a child on next table watching cartoons at high volume but not the fault of restaurant. Thank you for a great meal

The staff were so nice, really took their time explaining the menu in English. Felt like a proper family-run spot, which I always appreciate. Made ordering much easier.

Stumbled in by chance. The truffle pasta was really good, rich flavor. They cook everything over charcoal, you can smell it from the table. Mixed grill was solid too. A nice surprise.

Perfect for a quick bite. Grabbed a prosciutto sandwich to go—the bread was super fresh and the meat was sliced thin, just how I like it. Staff was really friendly, which made the stop even nicer.

The staff were so kind and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about the local food traditions. Just a lovely, respectful vibe.

This restaurant offers an excellent variety of dishes, expertly prepared with top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it a great spot for a meal.

The Macchina di Santa Rosa festival around here is a spectacle. The procession and the illuminated tower through the narrow streets are the main draw. It gets incredibly crowded, but that's part of the energy.

Stumbled upon this spot and came back the next night! The tagliatelle al ragù was so good, and Alessia was super friendly—made our little group feel right at home.
