Sat at the bar and honestly the best part was watching the chefs move. Chef Aaron walked us through every piece, super patient with my questions. The sushi itself was fresh, no complaints there. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfy for the price. Solid spot if you&#39;re into omakase vibes.

The ribeye a la tabla at medium rare was seriously good&mdash;one of the better steaks I&#39;ve had in a while. Tuna tartar was fresh too. Sergio kept it chill, not hovering. Fun spot.

The kidney and longaniza tacos were really good, and those handmade tortillas make a difference. Line moved faster than I expected, so we weren&#39;t waiting around too long.
