This restaurant is located on the 26th floor with a great view of the south of Amsterdam and a terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif. We had the vegetarian menu, there is also a vegan version. All dishes were not only visually perfect but also delicious.

The cuisine focuses on fresh local vegetables from the Netherlands, especially the fresh vegetables grown and picked in the restaurant&#39;s own Garden of Zuidas, which is right in the backyard of the restaurant.
It is a good opportunity for vegetarians, but of course they also specially prepare foie gras and steak to cater to meat lovers. I, a senior meat eater, was also impressed by their carefully creative taste and presentation.
The price is a bit expensive, but it will be a good experience for friends who want to try local Dutch dishes.
The service is very good. The waiter will carefully explain the menu and every dish you order, and know how to enjoy it correctly.
What I miss most is probably the bottle of German Riesling from 2013 that I ordered at that time, which tasted excellent.

No. 15 of Fine Dining  in Amsterdam

Great food, broad choice of &quot;wurst&quot; and &quot;schnitzel&quot;. Well accompanied by good selection of beers. Nice location, close to public transport hub and business area. Service was quick and nice, food was served quick and of course was delicious. Good place for lunch and dinner, both for family and friends&#39; meetings as well as for business events. Almost always lot of people, so booking, in my opinion, must be.

I woke up naturally at noon, took a shower and went out. I went shopping in the city of Nice this afternoon, went to Cannes in the evening, and then returned to Nice. I will take a flight back to Beijing at 12:30 tomorrow [NO]
It is probably the most cost-effective Michelin one-star fine dining restaurant I have ever eaten at, RIJKS Amsterdam. The limited lunch set meal is only about 300 RMB, and the desserts are also amazing! ​

No. 13 of Fine Dining  in Amsterdam

In past 2 weeks I had 2 business lunches there and both were extremely good. From the nice atmosphere in the restaurant, through delicious food (and great choice!) and friendly service. I like the choice because everyone can find something they like - sandwiches, warm, more dinner-like dishes, salads.
