I personally feel that it is not easy to run a restaurant with 11 people, and it is so enviable that they can work harmoniously together.

A really buzzy local restaurant. Very nice service. Small seasonal menu with unusual food, beautifully cooked and presented. About £70 a head including door drinks. Would certainly recommend.

A wonderful, traditional Dutch restaurant with plain decor and arguably the very best local cuisine we’ve ever had. Their multi-course menu allows you to pick dishes from within each course, to customize your dinner. Each course comes with a well matched wine.

I went with my two closest friends last night -- We found every dish full of flavor and were delighted with the freshness of the food. I chose the wine pairings (half glasses!), and I was impressed with how well the wine and food complemented each other. One friend works as a waiter, and he was very impressed with the calm efficiency of the restaurant -- how brilliantly everyone was performing without breaking a sweat.
