A friend recommended me to this Korean BBQ restaurant. As soon as I sat down, the owner gave me their homemade kimchi, which had a sour and spicy taste. There is also a shaved ice shop next to theirs.

An exquisite dining experience.  From the moment you enter the restaurant you are warmly greeted and ushered into a gastronomic fantasy land. Everything is explained from the glassware to the ingredients. Wonderful detail. Then comes the dining. Flavor upon flavor uniquely layered. New and exciting taste sensations.  Wine pairings were perfect.  A lovely trip for your palate right in the center of Amsterdam.

The biggest feature of the products here is that they are very exquisite. When I say exquisite, I mean in terms of portion size and appearance. The portion size is exquisite, but the taste is quite good. It is very suitable for a few friends to come over and chat.

Fantastic 5 course meny with good wine recommendations. You can look from the glass entrance doors direct to the canal. As a Michelin restaurant, the environment is naturally impeccable. The dishes are first-rate and the beef is super delicious. I recommend it to everyone. It is very tender and melts in your mouth. It is as good as Wagyu beef.

I don&rsquo;t usually give 10s, but Hulscher&rsquo;s absolutely deserves it. Not only is it AMAZING value for money, but the dishes are also SO CREATIVE&mdash;yet still surprisingly delicious. It&rsquo;s flavours that you wouldn&rsquo;t think to pair together yourself necessarily, but they are just in perfect harmony with each other. As if the chef is letting you in on a secret you never knew your palate was missing. Every plate feels like a work of art, with each edible flower carefully plated onto a dish, like petals pressed between the pages of a love letter. One of the best restaurants I&rsquo;ve ever been, if not, THE BEST restaurant. I will 100% be coming back. I had the eggplant as a starter and pork belly as a main, plus an amazing Pornstar Martini cocktail. The service was absolutely impeccable as well&mdash;but nothing could beat that amazing eggplant dish. It wasn&rsquo;t just food; it was the kind of dish you find yourself wishing you could experience that first bite all over again.

The three-course meal here is amazing. The signature yew chowder is the most delicious I have ever tasted. It is a small compensation for myself after a week of exhaustion. ​
