The restaurant is located inside the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Amsterdam. It is the same restaurant as the breakfast room. Next to it is the Michelin two-star restaurant in the hotel. Although this restaurant is not Michelin-starred, the dishes are down-to-earth and the service is attentive. It is worth trying.

An exquisite dining experience.  From the moment you enter the restaurant you are warmly greeted and ushered into a gastronomic fantasy land. Everything is explained from the glassware to the ingredients. Wonderful detail. Then comes the dining. Flavor upon flavor uniquely layered. New and exciting taste sensations.  Wine pairings were perfect.  A lovely trip for your palate right in the center of Amsterdam.

This restaurant called Bridges is hidden in a grove of trees. It has indoor and outdoor areas and is quite large.

The dishes and red wine we ordered are as shown in the picture, plus a portion of Pasta (so-called Italian noodles) for my daughter and an ice cream.
The total is 76, and the tip is 15%, which is 11.4 (lunch and dinner are generally 18% or 20%), totaling 87.4.
