Het Bosch Waterfront Kitchen

It was a pleasure spending quality time with my friends in a delightful setting. The ambiance was perfect for an outdoor summer dinner, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. The culinary offerings were of high quality and left a positive impression.

Het Bosch Waterfront Kitchen is a deliciously creative restaurant with a dramatic waterfront setting. I was seated on a two-top directly on the pier. The restaurant’s large glass doors pulled completely open behind us for a seamless indoor/outdoor experience.The menu is a carefully crafted collection of about a dozen Dutch dishes, reimagined and innovated to take advantage of local seasonal ingredients. You may order a few or all of the daily offerings for fixed prices. If you order all, they will adjust portion sizes so you won’t be overwhelmed.I selected three and each dish was remarkable. I started with a foie gras in a beautiful tomato based sauce. My main course was a beautifully cooked steak with two sauces—one was (I think) a Worcestershire-sardine-based sauce that paired with a white truffle cream sauce. (I didn’t ask what the sauces were but both were delicious.). Order a side of fries if you get the steak, because they are the best I have ever eaten. The desert was a white chocolate and mocha dream.I would not hesitate to return to this restaurant, and I have recommended this restaurant to my friends who travel to Europe.

Very nice location, service was attentive and food was presented well - to my personal taste for some plates I wish I could have more taste explosion, but again very good ????
