Restaurant Verena

The service was impeccable period. The owners, Signore B. and the Madame were so welcoming. We like great Italian wine. Signore B offered one not listed on menu perfect. Spouse and I split a Italian mixed salad and lasagna. Salad fresh and bountiful. Lasagna was one of the best at a restaurant I have ever had . Finished with homemade tiramisu. all members of clean plate club.

We always visit when in Amsterdam. It's as if we were visiting an Italian family, where you are treated to lovingly prepared Italian food. The menu is not long, but the dishes are always freshly prepared by the owners themselves. A great place in the city center for a cozy evening with friends.

A bit off the beaten track but well worth a visit, the building was covered in scaffolding when we went 1 st week in August so that was off putting, but the Stacy& food more than made up for that

A lovely family run neighbourhood Italian. Excellent pizza and pasta . We only wish we'd had room to try the tiramisu made by the owner's wife!Great service and a friendly relaxed vibe.

Lovely quaint little place, service was excellent and attentive, this restaurant deserves much more customers than it has, we were the only ones with a reservation when we arrived, our food was amazing, brilliant quality and not too expensive, would recommend to anyone wanting good Italian food at a fair price, will absolutely be coming again next time we visit Amsterdam
