Very very slow, and no explanation of the dish, not sure how this is Michelin! The whole lunch took almost 4 hours! The food was nice, just so slow!

The cuisine was inventive, everything was truly delicious, well-balanced, original, and made with the highest quality ingredients. The service was very professional: attentive, discreet, and very friendly. We had a memorable evening.

The food was really super good. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed it immensely and our American guest was also very welcomed.

Excellent meal. Only strange that a "weekend surcharge" was calculated on the bill, which was not mentioned beforehand.
