Restaurant Unique

This little gem is absolutely worth a visit. The service is attentive and lovely, the dishes were simply perfect and the sphere is warm, modern and inviting. I was especially impressed by the subtle but sublime herbs and seasonings paired with our courses. Parking was atrocious (free yet fully used street parking), so we ended up having to park in the (paid) parking garage and walk over. My only piece of feedback would be to find a new location perhaps further into the city centre; everything else was a leading reason for a star rating.

Really enjoyed the beautiful and certainly also tasty dishes. The matching wines were also appreciated! Thanks for the pleasant evening!

Actually it's simple. This is simply top class. Can compete with many star restaurants. Incomprehensible that they are not yet in the top 500. At most you can say of the building that it is not Michelin worthy. It is a bit noisy. When it is busy like now (something could still be done about the acoustics) but otherwise everything is TOP (everything is right here, the culinary critics write).

Had a fantastic evening at Unique, the first time we ate there. A delicious amuse, 6 surprising courses, well portioned, with an eye for all taste buds. Wine arrangement was very well composed. Friendly and professional service, also nice that the chefs themselves served some of the courses. All in all a second visit more than worth it!

Enjoyed the 6-course dinner with wine arrangement. Very friendly and nice service. Good wine-food combination. Beautiful atmospheric place. Unfortunately very few people (4 incl the two of us) on this Tuesday evening. We would like to come back on a busier evening.
