Amazing restaurant! We had a 3 course menu. Each dish was super delicious and tasty.Beautiful restaurant. Our waitress, Michelle was extremely helpful and very friendly.I can just recommend to everyone!

We have been at the Brasserie Bruis the second time. The fist time was excellent. The second time even better. 5 corse menue with a white wine from the Mosel. We enjoyed the evening and the dinner at Bruis. Thanks to the hole team.

The service is good .While I told them the salmon is too salty ,they tasted it and confirm to change one for us .People working there are really nice and friendly ,highly recommended .

Great food, good wine selection, relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again!

Food was great, service was great. It is only a real shame the tables are situated so close together, as the farting gentleman next to us put quite a stink on our night out. A bit more space between the tables would have been nice.

The quality of the food (we had pasta) was amazing and really authentic Italian. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere nice.

Service was a little slow, but the place was rammed, so there was a reason for it. In any case, the staff were super friendly and the food absolutely amazing so we didn&#39;t mind the wait. Best meal I&#39;ve had for ages. Will definitely go back if I&#39;m ever in haarlem again

If you are hungry and happen to be in the centre of Haarlem, this is the right place. It is famous for its All you can eat Spare Ribs. Ribs are always delicious and melt in your mouth. You can choose between BBQ, Sweet or Spicy. Also the burger and schnitzel are great. Great value for money. Wide selection of beers. Lot of space inside or on a terrace. Friendly waiters. The place is busy in the evenings, I recommend to always book in advance.

Surprisingly good.The menu is looking like nothing, with the usual suspects, no theme nor food direction, a bad wine selection, and pretty high prices. From the outside: a typical Dutch trap to avoid.Actually, the dishes are made with great care and worth every penny of the final bill. The atmosphere and services are cosy&hellip; it&rsquo;s just a great place to be. A hidden gem in the ocean of restaurants with more or less the same menu board and style.

The food was excellent. I had the duck and it was cooked to perfection and nice proportion as well. My husband had the redfish and it was delicious. This was our best meal we had on our vacation. The service was great too.

Special place where I had an amazing dinner. Staff is really friendly and be sure the experience will be special, for both food and wine you will taste.
