Charley's Diner

Being from New York I was a little skeptical about an "American Diner" in Holland - but was pleasantly surprised! The decor has a fun, almost 1950's vibe and the food and service was great! Not your typical "diner food" though (that's not a bad thing!). I had the carpaccio starter and chicken fajitas as a main and both were delish, as were the desserts! I will definitely go back to try out the lunch menu with my kids - although I miss some classic diner choices like omelets and french toast... Definitely recommend!

The place is awesome, the food is really tasty and the service is great. The guy that was taking care of our table was a really nice person and I have a feeling that he was the owner, but I'm not sure. The only thing that I missed was the ketchup at the table and some extra napkins. The rest, I can consider perfect.

This fun American diner has been our favorite for a long time. The food is always excellent (you can't get better spareribs in the area) and the atmosphere is great. After this weekend the restaurant will be closed for 3 months. From February 1, 2025 it will be open again and we will enjoy the fantastic cooking skills of the chef again. We can hardly wait until we can make a reservation again. See you next year. Joop & Daniëlle

We were received very hospitably and had a very nice meal. Large portions of high quality. Unfortunately, the place was only 30% full, which caused less atmosphere. However, this was compensated by the host with a lot of attention and energy.

A great restaurant that we love to visit. Our favorite in the Gooi. Good food, everything homemade. A more than excellent chef and friendly service. The interior is unique in the Gooi. A must for anyone who doesn't know this diner. Joop & Daniëlle
