What travelers say:
In Queenstown, there is a restaurant that I personally think can be called authentic, which is this store called Madam Woo. This store is not very big, but the environment is indeed very clean and tidy.

What a great place. A lively place buzzing with conversation, the aromas from the kitchen wafting through the door, and the front of house staff were all very friendly and attentive. If there are no tables, they give you time to sit upstairs in the quieter bar area, which was the perfect way to start the evening. We were given 30 minutes which was perfect, and we ate as soon as we sat down (having already selected from the upstairs menu). The food was an impressive Asian fusion, and was excellent. Definitely give this place a try. Young kids will love it.
Apart from the fact that the restaurant was a bit crowded, we felt welcome and we found the wait staff very nice and attentive. The experience was made even better by the delicious food and drinks (each ordered a lovely cocktail). Absolutely glad we stopped and had a meal here. This place is definitely recommended!
Overall, it's a very average restaurant. There are a lot of people queuing up. It takes about 20 minutes to get in. I came during dinner time. The seats are relatively small. The portions are also relatively small. It's a bit salty. The eggplant is a bit bitter.
Locally recommended restaurant with delicious food and many dishes
