The homemade pies and cakes are solid. You can tell they're made with care. Had the apple pie, crust was good, not too sweet. A decent spot for a quick dessert.

Such a lovely spot for a coffee. The cakes are incredible, all fresh and homemade. That little dog-friendly touch makes it feel so warm.

Love that they offer gluten-free and vegan options. Unlimited tea for a quid is a nice touch! Just a heads up, it's cash only.

The full English is cooked just right. Good value for money in town. Coffee could be a touch stronger for my taste.

The sausage and onion quiche was the star here. Really generous slice, clearly just out of the oven. Flaky pastry and a nice, savoury filling. A solid choice for a quick lunch.

Came in on a whim. The grilled octopus was spot on - tender, smoky, a bit of char. Staff were chill and didn't rush us. Bit of a wait for the mains, but honestly, didn't mind.

Came here for my birthday. They had balloons at the table and brought out a small cake, which was a nice touch. The main course was tasty, but honestly, the portion felt a bit small for the price.

The air raid shelter-style toilet is definitely a memorable touch. It fits right in with the quirky, immersive vibe they've got going on. A fun little detail that adds to the experience.

The birthday tea service was nice. They kept the pots topped up without asking, which is a plus. The scones were just okay, a bit dry.

The owner was so kind to keep the kitchen open for us after our Stonehenge walk. Really appreciated that!

Cosy spot with a log fire, perfect for a chilly afternoon. The menu is massive though - so many sandwich and brunch choices it was hard to decide. Ended up with a classic club, which was solid. Could do with a few less options, honestly.

The charity angle is nice. Food's decent, prices are fair. But the main thing for me was the space – it's got this really calm, open feel, not cramped at all. Makes a difference just sitting there.

Lovely spot for a catch-up with friends! Sat in the glass extension overlooking the common on a sunny day. The view was just perfect for a long, lazy lunch. We didn't want to leave.

The scones were warm and buttery, just right. The clotted cream was thick and the jam had a nice fruitiness to it. A solid cream tea. The china was a nice touch, felt proper.
