Stumbled upon this deli in Leith. Loved the fresh ingredients in my salad, everything tasted so crisp and vibrant.

Warm, family-run spot. The owner came by twice just to check if we were enjoying the pasta. That personal touch you don't get everywhere. Felt genuinely looked after.

The pizza here beats my local spot back home. Toppings are generous and the crust is cooked just right.

Spacious spot, and the tables are at different heights - perfect for our group of friends. The clean individual toilets were a nice touch too.

Came by late, buffet was still surprisingly fresh. Good selection of hot dishes and salads. The roast chicken was still juicy, which was a nice surprise.

Decent spot for a drink. The Guinness looked popular, and they have cocktails on draught which was a nice touch. Staff were efficient, even when it got busy.

The staff at Burr & Co are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service even during busy times. It's a place where you feel welcomed and valued.

This pub has a great atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends over drinks. The staff are friendly and the service is efficient, making it a pleasant place to relax.

The staff are really friendly here. It’s always clean and tidy, which is nice. Had a decent lunch, nothing fancy but it was fine. The service was pretty good.

Small spot in Stockbridge. Had the bibimbap for a late lunch. Place was empty, just me. That was nice. Bibimbap was spot on. Friendly service too.

Proper old-school pub feel, love the central bar and leather seats. Their cask ales are a real highlight. The Forsyth Juice was my pick of the bunch, really hit the spot.

The cheesecake was a real highlight, so good! Staff were friendly and the menu had plenty of choice.

A nice little place in South Queensferry. The pancakes were huge and really hit the spot. I did find the wooden bench a bit hard after a while, but I noticed some tables had proper chairs. Might ask for one of those next time.

Decent spot for a simple bite. Had the soup, was good. Hot roll was solid too. Just what you need for a quick, cheap lunch.

Emma was lovely, really on top of things even when it got busy. The fish and chips special was the main draw for me. The portion was huge, honestly couldn't finish it all. The fish itself was a nice, fresh piece.

Staff are always friendly, even when it's packed. They let me try a flavour before ordering. Quick service, got my lunch sorted in no time. Perfect for a fast bite.

Nice, bright spot for a light lunch. The house white they suggested was a good, simple match for the food.

The staff handled the Boxing Day rush really well. I noticed how fresh the salad greens were in my bowl, which was a nice touch. The queue moved quickly, so we weren't waiting long at all.

The warm cinnamon cake was the highlight. Good selection of loaves and pastries on display. Service was prompt, seating comfortable. A solid spot for a quick meeting or solo coffee.

The bar seat gives you a front-row view of the open kitchen. Watching them sear the scallops for the risotto was the best part. You get that smoky, caramelised crust right in front of you. The risotto itself was a touch too al dente for my taste, but the flavour was spot on.

Judith provided exceptional service during our visit, making the experience truly enjoyable. The food was also quite good, which added to our overall satisfaction.

The fish supper and king rib were just what we needed after a long walk. The chips were particularly good, not greasy at all.

Lovely cafe, very clean and the decorations are fun. I had the vegetarian plate - it was really filling. The soy mocha was tasty too. Service was efficient, even though it was quite busy. A comfortable spot for a relaxed meal.

The haggis had a lovely, earthy flavour. My husband's portion with the whisky sauce looked fantastic—he kept saying how good it was. A nice introduction for me.

The tiramisu French toast was the star. It was rich, not dry at all. I also tried the Croque Madame version and the 'Hoots Mon' benedict - both were solid, filling plates. A good spot for a proper brunch.

Came with friends and the coconut crispy duck was so good! The octopus salad had this amazing kick to it. We also shared the sour pork curry special - that one was the star of the table. Perfect for sharing plates with a group.
