Been coming here for years, and the menu's always got something new to try. Keeps me coming back. Even with all the new Indian spots popping up in Oxford, I still find myself craving their lamb rogan josh the most. It's just consistently good.

Fillet steak was rich. Cooked just right. Three courses felt like good value. Staff were welcoming, made it feel homely.

The Dahi Puri was excellent. Menu is fully vegetarian, which is good. Prices felt a bit high for the portion sizes, though.

Been coming here for years. I keep coming back for the vibe - it's just so warm and relaxed. Perfect spot to unwind with a good meal. Always feels the same, which I appreciate.

Was a bit chilly inside, but the eggs benedict made up for it. Hollandaise sauce was spot on, not too runny. Latte was solid too.

The kids' activity packs were a nice touch. Kept the little ones busy while we waited for our mains. Service was prompt, food was solid. Good for a family meal.

Popped in for an early dinner. The garlic bread on a pizza base was a nice surprise, really enjoyed that. Service was quick and friendly, which made it a very relaxed visit. Just a comfortable spot for a quiet meal.

Menu's got a bit of everything. The starters were the highlight for me. Had a nice glass of Rioja with the spicy lamb main – it really stood up to the heat. Solid spot for the price.

The Goan fish curry was the star for me. Just the right amount of heat, and the portion was huge—ended up taking half of it home! Good value for a proper, flavourful meal.

The lamb vindaloo was the standout. Rich, deep flavours, and the heat level was spot on. The lamb itself was tender, falling apart easily. The korma was fine, but the vindaloo is what I'd come back for.

The steak with Dijon mushroom sauce was the star for me. The sauce had a nice tang that worked so well with the meat. Portions are definitely generous, so I was glad I skipped lunch! The linguine looked great at the next table, too.

First time here and the food was spot on. The grilled sea bass was cooked perfectly, skin was so crispy. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere too.

Lunch was solid. Server Eloner was attentive, handled a birthday request efficiently. Food arrived promptly, tasted fine. Good for a business lunch near the office.

Friendly staff, decent buzz even on a Saturday night. Food arrived hot, which is a plus. The wine list had a few interesting local options that paired nicely with the steak. A solid spot if you care about the drinks.

The gnocchi was the star for me. So light and pillowy, but still rich. The whole plate looked like a little piece of art. Just a lovely, quiet lunch.

Loved the Gandhi Special curry here, such a unique dish! Perfect spot to try something different with friends.

Been here a few times. They're good with allergies - swapped out toppings on my pizza, no fuss at all. Makes it easy to eat out.

I had a delightful experience at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for a special evening out. Highly recommend the Achar chicken!

Christmas lunch here was solid. Service was efficient, our waiter Ashton handled everything promptly. Food was fine, nothing extraordinary but it did the job for a group booking. Good for a straightforward holiday meal.

Been here a few times. It's got a relaxed vibe, good for a quiet pint. Crowd's always friendly. A nice change from the noisier pubs nearby.

The vegan menu is clearly labelled, which was a relief. They were also really good about my friend's nut allergy - double-checked everything without any fuss. Makes dining out so much easier when you don't have to interrogate the staff.

Service was impressively quick even on a packed Saturday night. The seasonal burger was decent, just needed a bit more seasoning for my liking. Everything else hit the spot.

The fish and chips are solid, the batter is crisp and the chips are proper. It does get packed on match days, so the kitchen can get a bit backed up. Just double-check the bill if you're there during a rush, they've had a slip-up or two.

The woodland setting is peaceful, but honestly I'm here for the food. The venison pie was the standout - rich, tender meat in a flaky pastry. That's what I'll remember.

Been coming here for years, and the bar service is always on point. Even on a packed Friday night, they keep things moving without making you feel rushed. That’s why I keep coming back.

The grilled cod was lovely, and they had a decent house white that went nicely with it. The batter was spot on.

The birthday dessert was a lovely surprise, and the staff sang along too. Made the evening feel really special.

Came for a quick lunch. Staff were really nice, even gave a card and a chocolate. Place was quiet and peaceful, which was a nice break. Food came out fast, perfect for a short break.
